great view great room
the hotel restaurant has a great view

the location is quite far from the city but it is very close to a horseback riding school and the beach.
it is quiet and remote, providing a great getaway holiday.
we tried the restaurant. the food was okay but the environment is superb.
the television didnt work and they didnt fix it.

Each time i go Macau, i stay in the same hotel that i definitely recommend if you already know (or too much know) what is a resort, and you want something different like a "boutique hotel" but "old fashion" one, this is the right choice. some will say a bit out of town but the bus system is good and you will get there in no time with a very good netword there. really one of my preferred place in Asia close to where i live.

The hotel is really nice in terms of peace and beauty. Perfect for the ones who want to spend quite time. Not recommended for the ones who are in Macau for night life. Its 45 mins from Macau ferry terminal. 20-25 minutes from Taipa.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
You can get bus to go to other lcations in Macau. Taxi may take sometime if you call.

This is probably Macau's most remote hotel. But the beachfront location is great and the rooms are much better than the usual modern hotel rooms. There's a jacuzzi for two people (ours seemed to be malfunctioning though). At least 3 public buses passes by to reach any part of Macau (with the help of a map, of course). Free breakfast, but too simple.
Travel tip:
Take the public bus to reach any point of Macau.

Cute quirky hotel in a peaceful location

This hotel is located above one of the only beaches in Macau. This makes it wonderfully peaceful - but also very difficult to get taxis to and from. The balcony attached to the huge room and the restaurant deck both offer great views of the beach and beyond. The staff are friendly and do their best to make you feel at home. The decor is quirky and very comfortable.

there is nothing impressive for this hotel. one worst thing for us is the hotel cannot even find a taxi for us. we need to go down the city by bus which cost 6 macau dollar for each. this means it would be more expensive than taking taxi for a group of 3 people. the hotel is so isolated and only good thing we can think of now is its view around hotel. also there is no lift in this hotel, we have to carry our baggages downstairs ourselves. very uncomfortable and inconvenient hotel from our opinion.

Great location, great staff, problem bathrooms

We had a lovely break at this hotel. The staff were super helpful. We loved to hear the sound of the waves from the room and were delighted to be away from the Casino lights and noise. The only problem we encountered was the bathroom. First we did not have hot water. Day one we had lukewarm water. Day two it was colder. There was a lovely two person spa bath which when I filled it was too cold to get into. There was no overhead shower facility just a shower head at bath level. So with the prospect of cold water and holding a shower head in your hand in the end we just decided we could live without washing. This is a big issue if you are there more than 2 days. Also at a 4 star hotel you do not expect this problem.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
It is really easy to get around by bus. The stop is right at the hotel. Dont be afraid to use public transport.
