great location and good service

the best thing about this hotel is its location. the view of a lake in one side and the view of magnificant galaxy casino on the other. the room was cleaned and comforted. we were enjoyed our stayed.

Normal hotel but inexpensive

Lobby looks empty when I checked in. Was surprised as it was National eve of China. Was left wondering how it will be only normal days. But on National day, at least it felt like a hotel with tourists.
Taking cab to move around is a bit difficult. Did not find a cab stand within the hotel. Good thing is Galaxy is just across the road and can get cab from there.

i always stay this hotel when in macau. breakfast is great with large buffet western and chinese vast choice and selection, great pool and sauna staff all around hotel exceptionly friendly
1 bad point no wi-fi need pay 180 hk for 24 hours or 80 for 3 hours but apart from that would recommend to anyone to stay here when travelling to Macau.Best hotel by far in my opinion*

Me and my girlfriend both like this hotel so much, also was our return stay in this hotel too. hotel staff all very helpful and can speak well english. one side of hotel room are face to river, feel so calm so relax, also there otherside are facing to the brand new hotel Galaxy. Breakfast was great, buffet style all good, nice restaurant next to river side too. Definately will stay in this hotel in the future. One last thing i like it hotel dun have casino, made our trip more relax than other big hotel with busy casino.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Hotel got a great location, which located in the Taipa area, also have free shuttle pick up between hotel and ferry terminal. only 2mins walk to brand new Galaxy, and only 5 mins walk from hotel to the old town area. 10mins walk to the Venetian too. Very good location in taipa and we got very good price with breakfast from Agoda site.

We've been welcomed by a counter service staff with patient and helpful at late hours. We've requested to change the room facing Galaxy Hotel instead of the sea view room that allocated to us. The staff promised will give us priority if there is any on the next day. Out of our expectation, our wish were granted the next day morning! Bravo to the excellent service !
Something to comment about the breakfast, not so much variaties but at least the food is refillable till the end of the breakfast time.
