The hotel staff was great, housekeeping was speedy and we were upgraded to a deluxe room :). The room was spacious and clean. A little old looking and the A/C's weren't strong enough. Hard to get taxi's to get to places, and nothing much around the area. Breakfast was so so not much of the western variety. Overall the stay for one night was great, and I think if they were to renovate the interior that will bring them more clientel.
Travel tip : The Venetian is very near by - and it has everything you need :)

Good cleansing,
good manner of staff (Front desk & cafe), and
comfortable feelings
Model of TV set is outdated and
shuttle bus service should be improved Overall performance is very good. The environment is good. The hotel is clean. Room amenities are sufficent and no missing (simple but enough）- excellant. Moreover, I appreciated that promoting the green environment - not necessary to change bed sheet daily for the same guest. That is a good place for the family with children. We will definately visit again.

large comfortable room, good health club inconveniently located, smells mildewy, horrible elevators, lousy restaurant staff The hotel smelled like mildew. It was obvious as soon as I entered the hotel. The elevators were terribly slow and unpredictable. While most of the staff seemed pleasant, the restaurant staff were rude. I did find the room clean and comfortable but the view was not very attractive. The hotel was surrounded by construction. It was a long walk to get to even a convenience store. I would not stay here again.
