A hotel with good services, great value

Stayed in this hotel for a few times. Although the hardware of the hotel is a bit outdated, the services definitely compensate the hardware. Recently, the hotel has upgraded their service and provided free wi-fi access to customers (which is a great improvement).
Also, in the recent stay, I was offered free minibar!
With the as-good-as-always services and the improvments, it's definitely a great value for money hotel.

Some disappointment, but good services still

After a few stays in this hotel, this stay came with a minor disappoint in the overall quality of the hotel. The story - there was blood stain found on the inner layer of the blanket. The stain was visible even through the outer-layer bedsheet.
The entire blanket was replaced after reporting to the housekeeping team. Good thing is - the service is as good as always.
General, pleasant stay, but room for improvement on the overall hotel amenities

a pleasant stay in general. standard room facilities paired with great services. staff are helpful and responsive.
breakfast generally provided for reservation made online. fair quality breakfast.
amenities are a bit outdated. some not very well maintained. in particular, found the wardrobe lighting and bathtub drainage out of order without being repaired / checked properly from last checkout.

The location of this hotel is not really bad, you can take the galaxy shuttle bus to other places
The lobby and all floors seem very smokey even the air conditioning was opened

Old Hotel, good service, nice view

The hotel looks a lot older comparing with other casino/hotel in Macau. The bathroom facilities are quite outdated and there is a room for the bathroom to look more neat and tidy.
The (single) bed is small and not highly comfortable comparing with some other 4-star in Macau, but still acceptable.
Nonetheless, hotel staff is friendly and helpful and does provide good services. View from the room, ocean view or Galaxy Macau view, is spectacular. Good value for money for sure.
