Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

We liked the attitude and the service of the hotel Supervisor (cannot remember his name). The minimum gambling amount is also affordable and reasonable of 50HK dollars.
I disliked the fact that people are allowed to smoke inside the hotel such as lobby, casino. Also, there isn't frequent shuttle bus like the World hotel to shutter for visitors who reached the ferry terminal.
My husband and I liked the Supervisor of the hotel as he is very friendly, approachable and helpful when we checked into the hotel and when asked for directions of the places to go! The minimum gambling amount is also affordable and reasonable of 50HK dollars. However, we disliked the fact that people are allowed to smoke inside the hotel such as lobby, casino. This scenerio can be seen everywhere in Macau though.

I enjoyed my stay at the Presidente Hotel, the room was pretty clean and decent. The decors and furnitures were a bit outdated though. The hotel bar was terrible, don't go!! The hotel is located in the city center with Wynn's, Lisboa and all those hotels nearby.

Good location, right across from the Wynn and the MGM, so no need for cabs if youre going out - we just walked (and then stumbled back home)... Our room had a fantastic view too (was not expecting that).
Staff were not particularly nice.
Hotel is in a very good location, and rooms are a good size - overall good value for money. You're just across from the Wynn so you can use all of their facilities, but pay a third of the price for youre room. Be careful if you take the free hotel shuttle, the driver took us to the wrong ferry docks! he took us to the departures for mainland China, not Hong Kong! after we had told the hotel we needed the Hong Kong ferry terminal! It was a massive hassle to get back to the correct terminal.
Nightlife Tip : The Lion Bar at the MGM Grand is great if you want to go out in Macau.
