It's a very nice hotel, with a very good location. It's near to Wynn, and other hotels. Staff were courteous and always with a happy smile in their faces. Room service were fast, but the one receiving the order wasn't good in English, but they were kind enough to go to our room and verify our orders. The room provided we're neat and spacious. The view from our hotel was great. You'll have free access to almost every hotels and attractions you wanted to visit and see. Transport to the ferry is free courtesy of the hotels.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
It's very easy to roam around Macau, for most of the hotels has service buses to and from the ferry. If you want to Visit Venetian, all you have to to is to go to the ferry and hop in to the Venetian Bus. And departing to Venetian to your Hotel downtown is also easy. Just ride the Venetian Bus to the Ferry and just hop in to the servise bus of your hotel or to the buses of the hotel nearest to your hotel.

Its my first time to Macau and it was great! I would not say that it was a great hotel to stay in but it has got reasonable price and great view of the other hotels, great location. It might look worn out from the outside but it is still cosy to stay in.
We did not had any complains for this hotel, their service were great, they did not look like they will look down on us cause we did not give tips and they were willing to help us and provide us with their services.
The rooms was cosy to sleep in, the lightings in the room are really meant for sleeping.

The hotel is well located in the bustling city. Within reach of the casinos and within the hotel there is a small casino. The eateries are also nearby and makes the stay a wonderful one

Restaurant Tip:
Presidente hotel has its own Chinese restaurant. Dimsum is very good there.

Room is okay tidy and clean, even it is a little bit small. lobby staff is polite and quite fast action. They would show you they welcome your coming. Toilet is clean, and window view is also quite attractive.
Nightlife Tip:
Quite convenience to go every where in Macau easily by bus or taxi.
