Very happy overall. Price is reasonable. Also it is very near in convenience stores and restaurants. You never have to worry about food when you are in this hotel. Even though you do not have free breakfast.

This is our first trip to Macau. The hotel is near to all the major casino like Galaxy, MGM, Lisboa. Apart from casino it is also right beside a shophouse selling food. Therefore food is not an issue even in the wee hours. It is about 15 min walk away from the Ruins of St. Paul if you know the directions. 5 min walk away from the famous Lisboa and the main bus station that provide buses to Taipa or Venetian Macau. (Remember to have coins with you for the bus ride.) Friendly staffs who are willing to show us directions and guide us.

Upon arrival at the Macau Ferry Terminal, we were not quite sure where we could board the free shuttle to the hotel. We went to and fro the underpass a few times as we were told the shuttle is at either side by different ppl. That already spoilt our mood a bit for the day.
The frequency of shuttle is not high. We have to wait a long time.
The staff were very polite. However, not all of them knows abt the TaiPa ferry, and how to get there.
The room is quite spacious, neat and clean. We are very delighted to be assigned a room with paranomic view.

free shuttle to TaiPa ferry terminal can be boarded from Wynn just across the street

This is the third time I visited Macau but first time checked in to Presidente Hotel. The location of the hotel is great but the interior and exterior is rather old. The front desk staff is not so friendly too. I took the shuttle bus provided by Star World from Gongbei Pass direct to the hotel, so I have save some taxi fares. I check in @ 2:00pm and leave the hotel @ 8:00am the next day catching flight back to KL.
Restaurant Tip:
There is a famous restaurant serving Portugess meal nearby Rio Hotel. The food is yummy but rather expensive.

i like the hotel, clean and very near to the casinos like the wynn, star world, grand lisboa... just across the street! their standard room, the double bed which i took can accommodate 4 persons. since it was just me and my parents, our stay is very comfortable.

But the bed was not so soft. their bathroom were nice, complete with the shampoos, shaver, lotion... etc. they have their own casino but small one, no slot machine...

Good Value and Service
The hotel is close to everything, the ferry pier, casinos and eateries.

We arrived at around 11.30am and managed to check in at around 12.30pm. We could have checked in right away if we had not requested for a non-smoking room facing the Star World and Wynn's Hotels. But it was worth the wait because the view made the whole lot of difference. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The room is small but reasonably clean. There is only shuttle service to the ferry pier every half an hour, but guests can easily go over to Star World or Wynns to hop on their shuttles. As there were only the two of us on the day (Tuesday) we left, they arranged a limo to take us to the ferry pier! There is a casino within the hotel, but it is very quiet, suitable for people who want to play in a quieter environment with smaller bets (minimum bet is HK$100).

very central.Right opposite Wyn casino and right beside Lisboa Hotel. walk further after Lisboa is Grand Lisboa . walk another 10 mins are the central of Macau where the eateries are.

President Hotel is centrally located opposite Wyn Casino and beside Lisboa Hotel. Walk further after Lisboa Hotel is Grand Lisboa. Walk for another 10 mins or so and you will see a big fountain . This is the central of Macau where the eateries, shops, fast foods are. The only thing I dislike is there is no free shuttle service but you can go to Wyn or Lisboa as they provide free bus to Macau ferry and Macau custom that leads to Zhuhai. Room is small and old too.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
use the free bus shuttle provide by Wyn or Lisboa.

Hotel Presidente is within the strip. all big big Casinos and hotels are just walking distance, across is the Famous Wynns and Starworld Casino. 15 mins walk to Senado Square and the Famous Ruins of St. Paul.they have complementary shuttle to teh Ferry if you want to go and sneak out to HK.
