Room was very clean. Great location (right across the street from Wynn and StarWorld). Cook to order American breakfast was tasty. But I prefer buffets that have Asian and American dishes. I would like the hotel to consider adding more chairs to the lobby area. Compared to my previous stays, the room rate was significantly higher as I made this reservation at the very last minute. The room was clean and functional for a business traveler. The staff was friendly and efficient. I was able to check into the room at noon on Sunday which was convenient for my business itinerary. Storing my luggage after check-in was convenient and hassle-free.

The hotel rooms are clean and well equipped. The location is excellent. Stone throw to Wynn, MGM, Star World & Grand Liboa. Hotel staff particularly Concierge is very rude. Front desk is OK. The hotel location is in the centre of attractions such as St Paul \'s ruins, the fortress, MGM, Star World, Wynn and Grand Lisboa. Walking distance to shoppings and the frontage is easy to catch a cab.
The rooms are excellent and at mark of the room rate. Cleanliness is acceptable, but the hotel porter was a bit rude. They seem lazy.
You may occasionally find it hard to communicate with operator, some do not speak good english.
Hotel and Rooms decoration not suitable for romantic couple traveller, maybe for family.

Good location , can access to all the Casino, e.g Lisboa, Grand Lisboa, Starworld, Wynn & MGM. All within walking distance and is safe to walk even midnight. dislike the transport as it have to arrange upon request. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Will consider to stay for my next visit.

this is the 2nd time me and my wife visit macau, 1st time we stay in hotel sintra, this time are our wedding anniversary, we decided to stay in 4star, when we arrive the hotel, they upgrade the room for us, we found out the room without safe box, the washroom is small, i book double bedroom, they UPGRADE to us TWIN BEDROOM???
nearby hotel around the hookers. we made a wrong choice, next trip to macau, we will stay in sintra again, the location is good, hotel staff friendly and helpfull, especially the ROOM made us felt like five star.

Great location directly opposite Wynn and StarWorld, serves good Chinese food at great price. Room is comfortable and clean. Short of taxi stand and cover walkway. The location of the hotel is great, pretty central of Wynn, Landmark and Lisboa. The front desk staff is helpful but not able to speak polish english. The room is clean and city view is great, hotel rate is not too expensive and hotel serve pretty nice chinese food. Recommended.

good location, near lisboa, wynne, come with breakfast which is not too bad The location is good, near quite a number of casino including MGM, Lisboa, Wynn and Starworld among others. The package comes with breakfast where you can mix and match. Room is clean, though not really new. Staffs are helpful. We checked in late at night and are moving into another hotel, hence, did not know if they have any bus transfer service between hotel and ferry terminal/airport.

Value for Money and also include breakfast in the package Value for money, the room is clean and the location is not too far from Senado Square. The price is reasonable compared to the quality.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Quite convenient, not too far from down town. It's on the opposite of Wynn Hotel.

Condition of hotel, a bit old The rooms are spacious and comfortable, but the hotel is a bit old. Breakfast is nothing fantastic. It's directly opposite Wynn, hence it should be a good news to shoppers. They provide free shuttle service to and fro from the ferry terminal till 11.30pm daily. I would give this hotel a miss for my next visit as it didn't leave me an impression on all fronts.

Excellent location. Nice & spacious suites. The staff very kind. The Mini bar is free. On February 2009 we stayed at the President hotel in Macao. We enjoyed very much this hotel as because its excellent central location and superb view from our suite.
However the brekfast content should be impruved. The staff of the hotel were very kind and helpful.
Restaurant Tip : The best restaurant we found is the evening buffet in Winn casino nearby the President hotel

F&B outlets not recommended Stayed at the hotel for a 2nd time in 4 months and it was an alright stay. Did not get upgraded this time round (nothwithstanding that I asked), but the normal rooms were alright as well.
The hotel is convenient in that it is a stone's throw from the Wynn Hotel & Casino and also right next to the Lisboa and Grand Lisboa Casino. It is also close to the bridge which takes you across to the other side of Macau.
The free breakfast was rather average and not really worth waking up for.
Restaurant Tip : There are a couple of decent restaurants across from the hotel (5 min walk) and the restaurant on the 1st floor of StarWorld Casino is pretty decent and decently priced.

Friendly atmosphere, good sized rooms The coffee shop/Bar was "out of stock" on a number of items. Only one restaurant serving Asian food only The "front desk" staff extremely courteous and helpful, The restaurant has a wide selection of Asian food with good service and excellent value for money. The location is ideal for visiting the tourist attractions - many within walking distance. and likewise many Casino's close by. The Ferry terminal and airport are only a short "inexpensive" Taxi ride from the Hotel. We will certainly stay at this hotel on our next trip to Macau

Have to wait for an hour for check in and the lobby smell like cigarette all the time. Nice place to stay, it is near all others place and can walk to shopping mall and many attraction points. good price.

clean, quiet and close to all major casinos. new year visit and we enjoyed it. The hotel is close to a lot of casinos, MGM, Wynn, Lisba. The hotel was the cleanest, friendliest, most accommodating, very attractive hotel and great for the price. Each room is a very clean. and its connected to the President casino. but its on its own with service and I loved this place. Only thing i didn't like was the elevator was so slow, you have to wait for a long time to get a elevator but that's not their fault..loved it would stay again. Will recommend to all my friends. One thing I don't like is their breakfast, it is too simple.
