Friendly and Accomodating Staff, Spacious Room, Good Amenities, Convenient Location, Free Internet Use, Free and Effecient Shuttle Bus Service to the City Center Too Cold in the Winter. Wifi could have been free. There is a deposit of upon arrival even if you have already paid for your stay. I highly recommend this hotel because of its location and and affordability. The staff are all very friendly and accomodating. The room [number 1012] was spacious as well as the toilet/bathroom. I enjoyed having breakfast because there is a variety of choices everyday. Nothing fancy. Coffee and tea are served well. I stayed there during which the temperature was too cold for me so even if I adjusted the AC to its warmest, it was still very chilly. On the other hand, I was just a bit worried when I learnt upon check-out that they charged my credit card for deposit...even if I have already paid [I booked and paid through AGODA.COM] for my entire four-night stay. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to friends. I would definitely love to stay (again) in this hotel in the future.
Restaurant Tip : There are a lot of places to eat nearby. There is this Vietnamese/Chinese restaurant nearby and they serve good food. Check out the supermarkets for bevies and other staff. They are, of course, cheaper than the ones in the bar of the hotel. Don't miss the famous EGG TART.

Its clean and value for the money. The breakfast is good as well. Need to change the beddings during the winter season to a much warmer comforter. I personally liked the contemporary style of he hotel. Its clean and value for your money as well. The hotel was also near the airport and convenience stores making it one of the nice hotels around.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : It is highly advisable to visit the key tourist attractions nearby such as Saint Paul Ruins and Venetians Hotel, Wine Meuseum etc. A 2-3 days vacation will be enough to roam around Macau since the place is not that big.

The Price and the location , and the Hotel staff are so helpful friendly, The room was really nice very clean,everything from bed linen towels were changed each day , all the toiletries were replaced each day also .The breakfast was exceptional the choice what can i say superb ,We can not say enough about this Hotel we have stayed there twice now and we take our friend's to stay again in Feb!excellent The only weakness is its just a little dated but we took little notice because everything else about the Hotel more than makes up for that ! Hi There , we are from the Uk and have stayed at this Hotel twice now , and will stay again .We have stayed at one other hotel before we stayed at the Regency ,The first time we we went we took our friends Carol and her Daughter they thought it was great , We all lounged around the pool in the Day,had lunch by the pool ,which by the way was lovely and great value for money .We then had a shower so we could go out for the evening,The restaurant at the Hotel is so good the choice of either Asian or western is second to none . I just love the Regency , what can i say superb Hotel ,fabulous staff , we love it and going again ,whoopie!!!!!!!!!!!!
