well maintained chlorine free odor crystal clear big swimming pool with lush decade old trees, well equipped gym to burn the calories you have indulges in your meal in Macau, tropical ambiance, friendly staff, room setting that remind you of Honolulu hotels.

Regency Hotel reminds me of my visit to Honolulu. Once you enter the room, the ambiance, furniture and wallpaper depicts the tropical Hawaiian rooms I visited especially the wooden window shutter. Moving to the resort section, you are welcome to a big pool surrounded by lush decade olds trees that give out pure clean air, shutting the noise from outside, making the place serene. Adding the gym, tennis court, basketball court entices you to burn all the calories you have just accummulated over meals.

the staff are friendly and the breakfast buffet is really good with different sets everyday and the rooms are sound proof.
the rooms smell of cigarette smoke though we requested for a non-smoking room and the hot water stayed hot... too hot sometimes.
twas my second time to go to macau and my first time to stay at regency macao. i love that the staff can speak english and they are very accommodating. it's a bit far from the city but the shuttle is free so it's not such a hassle and the bus stop is right across the street so it is still pretty convenient. i love that it doesn't have a casino so it's pretty peaceful and though it looks rather old, i enjoyed my stay immensely.
