Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Good location on bus routes between attractions.
Really nice pool area (although it was too cold to use when we were there).
Nicely decorated rooms.
Breakfast buffet.
Staff were helpful and polite.
No attractions in the immediate vicinity.
The safe in our room malfunctioned so it wouldn't open (although staff quickly helped to resolve this problem).
This was a great hotel for our 3 day stay in Macau. It's relatively close to the airport and is on many major bus routes so it's easy to get around. If you are in Macau for only a day or two you may want to consider staying in a more central area. The hotel has a few restaurants and cafes of its own, however in the immediate vicinity there are few other choices for dining (although they may have just been closed for Chinese New Year). The hotel itself was nice and staff were very helpful. It would be especially nice to stay in summer and use the pool area - the poolside cafe and bar look nice but were closed as it was too cold to sit outside. I think this hotel is a great option for people considering a longer stay in Macau, it has good facilities and may also be preferable for those with children or those who want to stay away from the casinos. I would stay there again and recommend it to my friends and family.
Travel tip : The hotel offers a free bus service to the city center and ferry terminal, from the airport you can take a taxi (try to have the hotel's name written in Chinese) or an airport bus that drops you right by the hotel.

Room was spacious and neat. Large TV screen and good selection of channels.Staff were very helpful with taxis and transport. Hotel was in a quiet location and only a short bus trip across the bridge to the main casinos.
Toothbrushes in the bathroom had very hard bristles and hurt the gums.
We were very satisfied with our stay at the Regency, Macau. Once we were through border security, the hotel staff were very helpful to the taxi driver and throughout our stay at the hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Bus stop right outside the hotel so it was no trouble catching a bus over to the main island where the action was. A 10 minute ride.

the staff are friendly but they seem to have a hard time conversing in english, very courteous. nice room and near venetian. accessible to bus stations. near the airport. Cheap accommodation.
breakfast are the same. could do with more variety..no rice. internet is expensive although there is a free internet near the resto and you can use it for 10mins free. the swimming pool is out of order and the facade of the hotel can do with a renovation to make it standout.
Overall, my stay in this hotel is OK. What I liked about the hotel is that it is very near the bus station so you won't need to ride a taxi as it is very expensive. The staff are polite and they try to address your concerns (even if they seem to have a hard time conversing in English). The room is spacious and the facilities are ok. They have a wifi connection though I wish it could have been less expensive.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : your stay in macau is not complete until you taste the almond cookie and the egg tart.. near senado square (st patrick ruins) yummy esp the egg tart!
