Lovely place and great services indeed!

The pool and garden area is beautiful, the breakfast is over the top for being included in the price, and the staff was very friendly, and most spoke great english. It's a little farther off the beaten path than I thought, but with a free shuttle, and cheap taxis everywhere (average ride 30mop), its great, because it's quiet and you're not overwhelmed with the zillions of people in and out of the casinos.

A cozy hotel with very accomodating staff.
Conviniently located & very near the bus stops. Has an hourly shuttle to Macau Ferry terminal.

We arrived quite late at night due to the delayed flight from Manila. Upon reaching the hotel, we were greeted by a very efficient staff at the reception, & checking in was fast. The room is big, clean & provided with a safety box. There is a complimentary bottled water & a couple of tea bags, but no coffee. Being in Macau for the first time, the staff were so helpful with directions, especially the day security guard at the lobby, (I forgot to get his name). Breakfast is good. A quiet place to stay, far from the hustle & bustle of the city.

Its an old fashioned hotel with clean enviroment.
Value for money especially provided with buffle breakfast.

Its surprising that no deposite charge was required and was very convenient for customers like me. the hotel staff were nice and polite as i used to seeing them before. i like this hotel and will book it again under the same promotion sale.

its one of the 4 star hotel without casino. good for relaxation

Fine hotel for a short stay

reception area is really nice, small deli where you can buy snacks, restaurant does a buffet breakfast which is more 'chinesy' in style.
the room was meant to be a superior room- so the one one up from the cheapest. i was expecting a balcony but just got a big window. the room was very dated with lots of marks on the wall. the bed was very hard. it was not what i expected for a four star hotel at all. the pool was nice but again the loungers were dated and dirty.

Beautiful view of the Sea

Old Hotel and hence the towel furnishings etc had a bit of worn out look. My room had a great view of Grand Lisbao - the other side of the Sea.

For a practical traveller...
If you are a traveller on a tight budget and all you need is a decent place to sleep, this I recommend. But given other choices and more time to search for a much better option I won't.

Regency is located in the Taipa part of Macau. Not a very popular name among cab drivers. We always have to show our hotel key to tell the cab driver where Regency Macau is located. I did not expect a lot from the hotel rooms to the buffet breakfast since I knew I only paid less for a hotel accommodation. Front desk is standard in terms of service. I found one particular hotel security personnel who was more accommodating than the front desk and the dining staff at the restaurant.I definitely won't stay on this hotel on my next stay.

Value worth hotel with breakfast

this is the 2nd time i stay with this hotel in macau. i am happy with my stay, the feeling is the same as the 1st time. the hotel provide breakfast with limited but good spread of food. the hotel provides shuttle bus to the ferry terminal, as well as to popular casino grand lisboa. i am satify with the services of the hotel, the bell boy are friendly and helpful.
i will definitely recomment this hotel stay to my friends.
