Hotel good to stay except leisure not free
swimming pool and spa is good

on website good leisure facility and not mentioned charge applied but need to pay extra even for the hotel guest.
Two computer provided to use but one of them is totally old, software out of dated and can't use.

the free shuttle comes in handy to connect to other casinos etc.
the atmosphere and surrounds around the pool is perfect for relaxation!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
make good use of the free shuttle to casinos and the ferry point

Not friendly hotel staff with no smile and greetings. Bathroom is not modern and not up to 4 stars standard. Tv is also old pattern.

We have 3 families, we enjoy the stays, hotel is big and with leisure places, so we can walk around the hotel, gardens and side walk the swimming pool. Hotel location is great and close to many eating places. Room is clean, and with many facilities provide, though a bit old but all manage well and can use.

This hotel represents good value for money in a very crowded hotel market. Located in Taipa it is an easy bus ride (or taxi) to Macau or the casino district. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms large and well appointed. While this hotel can't compete with the flashier mega-hotels, the rooms are satisfactory for the price.

Good location .. Convenience for sight seeing ! It is very nice that there are different leaflet which can give a good direction for the traveller. Somehow, the staff service is good. But the room is a little bit old.

Great hotel though a bit worn out

Been to this hotel for a few times. The most attraction are the reasonable price and the full facilities. The environment is quiet away from the busy town and this hotel goes without a casino. It has a lovely outdoor swimming pool. I will still opt for this hotel again.

Get the free hotel bus at the pier

our stay at the regency hotel macau was a pleasant one.
the hotel staff were courteous & accomodating
the rooms are big and clean but the room where my two sons stayed in had a musty smell
a big plus to stay in this hotel is the free buffet breakfast
but the hotel is quite far from the main attractions like the museums, casinos & shopping
but overall it was a very enjoyable one
Travel tip:
Casino hopping- take a shuttle from the hotel going to the ferry then from there you can take a shuttle going to different casinos as each casino has its own shuttle bus

Ask hotel ahead of time for bus route number from your arrival point to the hotel and the bus stop name and number of the hotel (if you are coming from Macau proper then the bus stop is called 'Regency Hotel'. The one opposite has another name/number. The names of the next bus stop are displayed in the bus.
