improve frequency of shuttle service from Ferry terminal as we waited over an hour to pick us to the hotel. Moreover we have to take taxi to airport as there are no shuttle provided.

Old but well maintained 5 Star Hotel
The room was really big, and there was a shuttle bus that brings you to the hotel from the harbour terminal. There are a few eateries near the hotel as well.

The stay was overall enjoyable. The staff there were friendly and courteous. Even though there was a shuttle bus service available to fetch visitors to the hotel, there was no prominent sign at the harbour terminal to indicate where the shuttle bus was. I had to ask around and find out that the bus only came on an hourly basis.
I have been to Macau many times, and this is the first time I stayed a hotel that does not have a casino. It was a hotel meant for relaxing (With gym, spa and swimming pool). It was indicated that they are a 5 star hotel in the local brochure, but you can tell that the hotel is relatively old, but very well maintained.
