Nice hotel but rooms with closed windows

have stayed in this hotel for many times while in macau, as nearby to a nice eatery i like very much in macau.
reception provided good service, and i must personally thank ms sity shang @ the reception for her extraoridnary (excellent) service.
rooms with closed windows are a big minus point though - as this resulted in some foul or strange smell due to poor ventilation.
Restaurant Tip:
Nearby this hotel, there is a local eatery that sells excellent Chinese food at reasonable prices. Walk along the row of shophouses (think a few units before 7-11), you can see a local eatery with fish tanks. Very good food.

i booked three rooms, but no statment about smoking or non-smoking, so when we get to hotel only smoking rooms available, then we had to wait until they have non-smoking rooms free. People smoking inside elevators and even on the non-smoking rooms. Breakfats was typical chinese/asia style.

The location of the hotel is convenient and the staff are nice. The room is large enough for a couple. It is nice to have a pair of large windows that you can see the view of the casinos at night. It is romantic and attracting.

Thank God we only stayed at this hotel for one night. Everything in the room was awful...Bathroom was particularly in a bad shape. Pay a little bit more and stay somewhere else.

the design of the hotel is grand, though the environment is a bit old. i like the setting most as it gives me a feel of home.

the hotel was uncovered an engaging good features with resort style and good hospitality. it was located at the city which we could easily to get on the transportation to everywhere. especially enjoyed the free internet access at the lobby and delicious buffet breadfast at the outlet.
moreover, the outdoor swimming pool made us enjoying a calm and relaxing long weekend there.

This was a good hotel because of the hotel was new and fully equipped of equipment and furniture. This was also accessible to downtown shopping centre and restaurant. Easy to get on the hotel shuttle buses for travelling in different locations in Macau.
