Super value for money
Great hotel for families not wanting a casino in the hotel itself
9
We love this hotel that this is the second time we have booked it through Agoda for our stay at Macau. We arrived at the jetty from Shenzhen this time and it was a breeze through the immigration. We waited for 30 mins before the hotel shuttle came during its routine route around Macau. Its a great hotel for those who do not want the hustle and bustle of a casino hotel like Lisboa which is packed with people and not suitable for children. The rooms are pleasant with super cool aircond, breakfast buffet decent, shuttle buses to drop you around Macau and Taipa, free ethernet PC at the lobby, decent TV channels to watch. No kiddy program channel though.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The hotel is not very far from the airport so you save on taxi fare and there is a bus stop in front of the the hotel. The bus routes are excellent, affordable and can bring you about almost all the major places of interest in Macau.

Nice, but past its best
Good location to explore from, good leisure facilities
5.7
the room was a very good size and nicely decorated, but definitely a bit tatty. there was a lingering smell of mould - i regret not asking to move rooms. leisure facilities looked good, but we didn't take advantage, and the staff were friendly and helpful. good central location to explore macau island to the north and taipa and colone to the south, taxis and buses very easy to catch.
in summary, i wouldn't have been happy if we'd payed the full price quoted on the website, but it was ok for the amount we payed.

Entering the room, I could find the room was quite old. It was still using the old style washing shower to take bath. For in-and-out the hotel, it must take taxi otherwise you should walk to the nearest bus station to leave. .

The staffs were pleasant and helpful.
The hotel definitely looks older than the pictures on the website suggests.
The rooms to me are no frills and they can do with a better TV set.
Bed mattress is a little on the firm side.
Location of this hotel is subjective as it depends on where you will spend most of your time here.

Nice Hotel and Good Customer Service
Room is clean and Aircon in Good Working Condition

The couter service staff were pretty helpful. Room was pretty large and the harbour view at night was fantastic. A good place to stay if you are flying off from Macau International Airport as it is only 15 minutes away. Breakfast spread was quite good.
Restaurant Tip:
There are very few restaurant around this area and you need to take a taxi down to town for more variety of food.

The only reason I booked this hotel was because there were many "not so bad" reviews. First, the hotel is old. Many things need fixed. There are only 2 PCs for use at the lobby (hidden one corner)and one was really old and breakdown. Staffs were unfriendly, unhelpful, not resourceful! It's almost like they lost their job and it is their last day at work. Location is poor as everything around it are also old. Luckily Macau is small and getting around is easy, but there are many more around will good choices. Room is spacious but dated, TV channels mostly local, fridge empty and smelly. Bathroom functional (luckily). Conclusion: Hotel for Tour group.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Only got midnight till 6am to sight seeing. I must say I was impressed with the standard of the casinos and shows they present. Not a gambler myself, but sure like to visit a few shows like City of Dreams Dragon Treasure
