Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

The hotel is lovely with resort facilites. Enjoyed the hotel view facing the bridges, and it's beautiful especially at night. Good service with a smile from all staff. Highly recommended!

Lovely hotel but not good location
6.3
The hotel is lovely, and the resorts are very good. But the location is very far from the City Central.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Don't forget to go swimming and play sports in the Resorts.

i booked a deluxe harbour view room from regency hotel macau.and i have to say that the harbour view is stunning.the room itself is kind of old style which i really like it.a lcd screen tv will make the room perfect.

Crusty rooms and terrible food

The room we were in was damp and smelt old and dirty.
The buffet breakfast looked unappealing and offered nothing tasty and we actually could not eat anything on offer apart from toast and jam.

The hotel is ok, a little bit smoky. Room is nice. Breakfast is worth the price. Front dest guy's attitude not really friendly especially overnight shift. Overall is fine

A very tired hotel and now only a 3 star.
The pool is its best feature and its location away from the bustle of downtown Macau.
5.3
We stayed 5 nights which was too long for a hotel so run down. Buffet breakfast was included but it was very basic and mostly Asian food. They gave us a room change because our mattress was so uncomfortable. They then found us a replacement room on a 'smoking floor' complete with crawling insects. A good location for development of a new hotel. The place seems to be used mostly for one night stopovers for groups to and from China.
