Very helpful staffs.
Conveniently located if the point is to travel the whole of Macau. Fitness facilities are great.

this is an old 5-star hotel. it does look its age from the outside to the inside. apart from that, the view from the room is magnificent, overlooking the harbour. everything is great, the location is really in the middle of macau, walking distance to many restaurants, breakfast in the hotel is decent, staffs are very helpful, facilities like the fitness and swimming pool are great, even the morning room cleaning is very prompt.

we come early and hotel let us check-in early. the room looks good but bath room is old. the free breakfast has many choice and taste good. the location is not closing to any casinoes. you have to take taxi.staff are politely and provide lots of help. you can take free shuttle bus to city central or ferry. also you can take public bus to anywhere. but stop is in the back of hotel.it's quiet in the night.

A nice and silent place for the non-gamblers. There are only convenience stores around the hotel (within 10 mins on foot). It takes 10 mins by bus town centre. The bus stop is just nearby the hotel, so it is quite convenient. Breakfast is okay. The view at night from room is okay,
Nightlife Tip:
No entertainment except TV in the room... haha
Very limited choices of restaurants

Comfortably nice and clean Hotel
Not too far from Venetian, quiet with Shuttle Bus to Ferry

The hotel is a bit old, but the staff are efficient and service minded.
Even though hotel is aged, rooms are kept very clean and comfortable.
Hotel amenities are adequate, room is reasonbly sized, hot and cold water run well.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
A short 5-10 mins taxi to Venetian and downtown Macau, Senado Square and St. Paul Gate

old hotel but clean spacious rooms

old style hotel. no one assisted us with our bags when we arrived. we carried our luggages by ourselves. room is spacious. bed is very comfortable. love the pillows. but the toilet is old looking but clean. the elevator is old too. everything about the hotel is old like from another era. breakfast buffet is not so good. not much choices. but acceptable.

the personal was friendly, the two baby cots were available quickly, the rooms were spacious, we had three rooms next to each other, the sheet were soft and really great feeling on the skin, the time of the breakfast was convenient and the variaty of the food was good. They constantly reniewed the food.

the hotel is on the same island as the great shows Zaia and water dancing

OK 3 star hotel
Beautiful pool, tennis courts & grounds

i stayed at this hotel more than 20 years ago when it was the hyatt. other than the lobby little has been done to the rooms since then. it is now an ok 3 star hotel with lovely grounds, pool and tennis courts.
Restaurant Tip:
Nice Macanese food in the Pink Flamingo
