nice spa, friendly service, good location

strange hotel... feels like it hasn't been updated or even touched touched in 40 years. We liked that, but may be a turn off to others. Buffet breakfast was low quality food, okay at best.

Classic hotel and service with a smile
9
A very classic hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. They serve free buffet breakfast and have in-room dining service if you wish to have supper late at night. Price consider reasonable if you compare with other hotel in Macau. The location is in Taipa which is a newer town of Macau. They have free shuttle service but only once every hour. I find using their local bus service is very difficult as the bus driver are not that friendly. However, the bus will have some sort of announcement display in screen to show the next destination stop. Bus fare are cheap. In the end we choose Taxi since it is faster and more convenient. They follow meter rate. Approximately around MOP$40 for every ride to whatever destination within Macau. Consider cheap as Macau is actually a very smaill Island.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
1) St' Paul is a must go place. If you're on local bus, take Bus No. 33 and get off at the 2nd stop. They will annouce the Macau Centre Stop. Bus fare cost around MOP$ 4.20. They don't give change. Make sure you have the exact amount.
2) For casino experiece, try The Venetian. Take Bus No. 25 or 26A. Wait for announcement before get off the Bus. Or if you're at Macau Centre, just on board any free shuttle bus to The Venetian. You can find free shuttle bus at any established casino or ferry terminal etc.

very old hotel. Old tv , old window. Room & bathroom spacious. Only lobby has wifi , you may need to access internet in lobby. Wifi charged in room. Breakfast in buffet style , many choices, still acceptable. Few restaurant and 7-e is just opposite of the hotel. Hotel provide free shuttle bus to macau.

Eveything went OK at the special price, but no free wifi in the room seems a little annoying.

Old but nice hotel serving good breakfast buffet
Breakfast was good, Housekeeping was great, Quiet place away from the usual hotels in Macau with casinos
8.3
we liked the tranquility of the hotel. it is one of the very few hotels in macau that do not house a casino. so if you want a quiet place to stay and rest, this is a good choice.
hotel is old but i think have been well maintained. bed mattress is not so okay though.
they clean the room daily and change the toiletries and water supply even if you haven't consumed them all yet.
they have fipina girls at the front desk for each shift, which made it easier for us. we didn't have difficulty communicating our requests and questions.
