Comfortable and clean hotel
Comfortable and Clean Hotel Room

Recency Hotel is located in Taipa, and it is affordable compare with other 4 stars hotel. The room is big and clean, and also very comfortable.Hotel staffs are very very friendly and helpful.
Althought its location is not close to any tourist spot, but since Macau is not big, therefore, it is very convenient for us to take a public bus to go to the tourist spots nearby. The bus stop is just in front of the hotel. If you dont mind walking, you can walk around 15 minutes to the 官也街 where it has a lot of signature eateries shop in Macau. This hotel is located near to airport. A good choice if you don't want to rush from Macau city to airport to take a flight in the morning.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Ramen restaurant in this hotel is recommended by a few magazines. Worth to have a try may be?

Upon arrival at the hotel you will notice that it is a bit old but still comfortable anyway. We were upgraded to the Harbor View but honestly, it wasn't a scenic view but it was okay. Our room is big and all the usual features of a 3 star hotel are present (i.e. bathtub, hair dryer, toiletries, TV). It is near the bus stop but a bit far from the tourist spots since most of them are located at Macau Island. But if you prefer peace and quiet at night, this is a god place.

Maybe not the newest digs in town but...
Very accommodating front desk staff, housekeeping personnels and concierge. Clean rooms and a nice lobby.

We loved our stay at Regency Hotel. It was worth every dollar paid. The front desk staff was very accommodating and helpful. The concierge and housekeeping staff polite. The rooms were clean and we had a fantastic view of Macau. Although the hotel did not have airport transfer, we didn't mind because it was near the airport and we paid from airport to hotel.
Shopping Tip:
Must visit MOD Design Store near the steps of the Ruins of St. Paul for great original Macanese finds at reasonable cost.
Visit the Shrine of Mama Matsu also.

Hotel is clean.. food is awesome! near New century hotel.
We waited for the shuttle but we end up riding in New century hotel shuttle bus across Regency Hotel. Great stay though we did not have a chance to try the spa & gym due to short stay.

Quite location. Getting a taxi is not a problem from the airport to the hotel. Cost us trip & additional cost of luggage is HK20.00/4 pcs of lagguge. However, we are charge HK5.00 each for every pice of luggage we put in the trunk from the airport include small laptop bag. Was informed that the charges was only HK3.00 for each large luggage. If possible just hand carry the small laggage to save cost. Breakfast is good with wide spread of western & chinese dishes. Didn't use the pool & sauna as we are out all day. Room is clean & big even for superior room.
Travel tip:
HK dollar is used widely in Macau but if getting change back is best to request for HK dollar instead of MOP as the exchange rate is higher for HK compare to MOP

" Friendly staff with great service "

The staffs are very helpful and the service of the front desk is very friendly and all the staff willing to help us in everything we ask for. The room is clean and the bathroom as well. They have wifi in the lobby but the connection was poor.The only disappointment is the room got no wifi. Overall, we are satisfied with our stayed at this hotel.

"Hotel service with a smile"

Room is adequate for traveling too see places of interests. The location of the hotel is somewhere right in the middle of the two islands so go from one to the other by buses or taxis is easy.The staff are very friendly and helpful, importantly they serve with a smile.

Beautiful Hotel to stay with
Accommodating staff, Free WiFi, Complimentary breakfast.

We had fun staying at the hotel, staff and crew are so nice but there is one thing that we don't like is the shuttle bus driver of the hotel. Because the shuttle is full so we need to stand at the shuttle and he drive so fast. He didn't care about his passenger.

they're pool is at the back. and it's really cool.

Old but clean . acceptable price
But some taxi-drivers they don't know this hotel's location.
Staffs were very very kind.
