affordable hotel with clean environment
Clean and tidy room, polite & helpful stuff, nice nite scene, nice nite scene, close to the exit from taipa to macau

Visit macau for 2days 1 nite, this hotel is affordable, tidy and clean. Staff attitude is polite and helpful. Normal breakfast provided, close to the bridge from taipa and macau, around 13 minutes to macau tourism spot by taxi. nearby have casino and food stall but few only.

Nice frontdesk staff with quick check-in & out.
Good for relax, and in open area although location is not in center, it is fine, Macau is not that big city.
Recommended for people who don't want casino in the hotel!

Regency Hotel, Macau
The hotel was uncovered an engaging good features with resort style and good hospitality. It was located at the city which we could easily to get on the transportation to everywhere. Especially enjoyed the free internet access at the lobby and delicious buffet breadfast at the outlet.
Moreover, the outdoor swimming pool made us enjoying a calm and relaxing long weekend there.

Generally the hotel service is acceptable.
Staff are friendly and very helpful, food serve is nice, location near to some great eatery where you can enjoy yummy local food 24/7
Free bus service provided.
However, there are still rooms for improvement
1) Most of floor(rooms) are cater for smoker, leaving terrible smell in the room. Non-smoker will suffer as they only have limited rooms for them
2)Free WIFI only provided at one corner of the hotel lobby with no proper desk and chair
3)Room internet charge at 160/day where no hourly booking is allowed is another major set back

Simple no frill hotel. Location is out of the main tourist area. Rooms are old and smell of dampness. Housekeeping not attentive to the daily change of basis bedding and towels. Carpets are extremely used and dirty. No comfort at all.

Room temperature was too low even after turning off. Have got some not so pleasant odour inside rooms, especially on smoking floors. Even in a room of non-smoking floor, didn't have a good night of sleep for an usually heavy sleeper.
Waste of electricity as air con is always turned on even without guests inside.

comfortable room, big enough for 4 adults. the shower is not powerful enough, the water jets all over the bathtub. bathroom a bit small but it's alright. the reception staff are helpful.
Hotel Feature Tip:
if you want a cold room with the breeze, ask for the sea facing.
if you want a warm room which is not cold, ask for the inside facing room.

Big room but not convenience

we had a good experience at regency hotel. the staff is nice and helpful especially the concierge staff. however, i think there is still some areas they need to further improve. first is the breakfast food variety, we had almost same varieties for 4 days. second is the shuttle service, the hotel should provide shuttle service from airport as well if we informed earlier.

the people in the concierge are very friendly and helpful. clean, big rooms. great location. quiet place and an ok buffet.

the staff in the concierge turned out to be really helpful. they speak good english so it wasn't hard to understand them. the location of the hotel is great. you can easily board a bus that drops tourists off one hotel/casino to another. it's in the middle of the casinos (galaxy, etc) and the city itself.
their rooms are very nice for their price and they're clean and organized.
