Nice hotel but slightly out of place

The hotel is a little old, but the service at the front desk and big and clean hotel room, and its facilities justify for the price tag.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Hotel is located in Taipa, but they provide hourly transport to the casino in Macau. For those who thinking of taking the transport BACK to the hotel, be aware that the bus will stop at the ferry terminal for about 20 - 30 mins before returning to hotel.

although it seems to ba an old hotel, old furnishing yet clean, no foul smell, bed is comfortable but pillows were too soft that using two pillows ur head will sagged on bed.. otherwise i like the location is very accessible and near to everywhere either going to the casinos, shopping, and airport. Breakfast is just fine almost same food being served everyday. The hotel as an emergency physician yet they have no medicine available even for pain or fever.

The hotel is a clean and relaxing hotel. As the trip was for celebrating my friend's birthday, they had kindly offered us an upgrade of sea view room. Moreover, the environment in the hotel is very nice.Area at swimming pool is very relaxing and it's a good place for taking photos! The sauna and jacuzzi are nice too. We enjoyed very much!

The room is quite big enough, still clean. But the decoration inside & the hotel is way too old, especially the bathroom facility, it is really bad. hot water supply unstable, old bathtub, shower system is old and sometimes not working properly. Staff is not good, not profession for explaining the hotel's own facilities, even a simple question on the room type and hotel's facility is still difficult to answer.

thought there would be shuttle bus when i stepped ouside the taipa ferry. but there isnot, so you would better take a cab (around mop 40) or bus (no.25 or 26a)there.
the hotel located well which has bus to venitian, taipa ferry or guan ya street. the only one i am not satisfied is it is sort of old, i mean it has history like twenty years, the decor inside is probably 80's.

I would like to commend for his great service. He helped to check me in without fuss. Then when I was late to the airport, he did his best to help put my luggage into the taxi.Thanks Raymond..you are an asset to the Regency.
The room was great with all the facilities of a 1st class hotel. When compared to my stay at a HK hotel, the Regency is like a god send place.
