Old fashion hotel with no wifi. Electricity not activated by room key. Hot water not stable, 5 seconds cold water 5 seconds hot water. It's already a deluxe room.

nice hotel with big rooms
very accessible to venetian, city of dreams and macau international airport

we have a very nice stay in this hotel, there is a filipina at the reception so you cannot find difficult in the communication especially with the chinese. there is available whole day tour in the hotel, surprisingly our tour guide and driver is also a filipino. Breakfast is also good, lots of fruit juice. Very clean bathroom. Room is cold even if you did not turn-on your aircon, (very amazing). Big swimming pool (with kids pool) nice staff.....

we will choose this hotel again on our next trip to macau...

Nice view looking the Macau city centre, but a old

This hotel is situated in a quiet place and has a nice view looking at the Macau city centre. On the other hand, the transportation is not convinent and this hotel is a bit old, so the room and bathroom facilities are a bit old. Overall, the stay was good, the price was reasonable, comfy stay.

I've spent a night with family. Everything is ok but the location of the hotel is bit isolated. Nothing is nearby and bit difficult to come back.

Good place for nightlife too.

The Regency in Macau is well worth a visit we had a great room with a super view of all the night life would stay there again ,it also has a good pool and nice garden with it we were happy.The staff were very helpful and witha free shuttle bus to the casinos it was a good service,,thanks agoda

Clean and convenient
Nice lobby, great breakfast, huge bath towels, lots of hot water in shower.

This hotel is very conveniently located near the airport, the University of Macao and a couple of the smaller casinos. Surprisingly, it has no casino itself; nor does it have a bar in which to have a cocktail after the workday! Also, no in-room bar or even morning instant coffee. Some rooms have a great view of the causeway, the tourist tower, and the casinos of Macau.
