Great Location but old hotel

The hotel is with very strong facilities and amenities bases, but really need a full renovation. Carpets need to be changed and air-conditioning system need to be cleaned thoroughly.

Good location to explore both Taipa and Macau

The hotel is well located at northern part of Taipa, so it's a good base to explore Macau during the day and go to Venetian, City of Dreams etc. at night.
The rooms are quiet but the bathrooms could do with some upgrading.

The hotel is within 5 mins walk to the bus stop, which is very convenient to travel around macau. Hotel accomodation is good except the pillow is too soft. Receptionist is very friendly to provide us info of the bus or the attraction. And they also provide the service to change small notes as when i reach macau i do not have small notes to take bus.They also provide free shuttle bus to macau ferry terminal.

The rooms quite nice. It is an old resort hotel but it still looks clean. The free shuttle bus they provide is really helpful. The frontdesk people very friendly, but i didnt like the night shift security guard. I was talking with my friend at hotel lobby and he keeps checking as if im a thief.

it happened that we stayed only for one day and one night at regency hotel but its ok with us.we are satisfied with the facilities, food and staff. but definitely, i can recommend this hotel although the location is not within the busy area.

Great front desk staff, good breakfast, wonderful pool and spa.

I stayed here when this was still a Hyatt Regency in the 1990s. After it first became the Regency I thought the hotel was slipping, but the last trips have made me very happy. The hotel is really worth a try. Now it has all the signs of a hotel on the way back to what it should be.
