With the price you pay, you will be surprise when u get into the room. The space and the condition of the room is worth for the money!! Friendly staff and free shuttle bus to Macau city center is another value added point!! Although it is a bit far from the main tourist spot, but there is a but stand just in front of the hotel, which you can access to all the tourist spot in Macau!!

The hotel is with very strong facilities and amenities bases, but really need a full renovation. Carpets need to be changed and air-conditioning system need to be cleaned thoroughly.

I think the location is not so good, not so many bus pass there. So you have to get taxi which is hardly to communicate with English. But so far for hotel itself, it's decent for the price.
There's no free wifi service.

That Regency probably is the eldest Hotel in his immediate vicinity, you can see by the fact, that it is the lowest building arround. Even so it offers a great view to Macau and its illuminated bridges and casinos. The staff is friendly and helpful, the food is good, especially the breakfastbuffet is rich and varying.
The poolside with its bounding arcades and the attendant Spa offers a mediterranean flair.
Only deficit: the room smells somewhat musty.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The hotel room was quite large compare to hotels in Hong Kong and Tokyo. Although the bathroom facilities are a bit dated, it is overdue for renovation. The weather in Macau was extremely hot, although the pool area in the hotel made the stay very enjoyable.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Make sure go to see the House of Dancing Water. It's a top show. book tickets on line as early as possible.

The hotel is well located at northern part of Taipa, so it's a good base to explore Macau during the day and go to Venetian, City of Dreams etc. at night.
The rooms are quiet but the bathrooms could do with some upgrading.
