Flo C. Couples Canada, February 21, 2013	A disappointing stay....... low price 6.7 The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the larger casinos, which makes for an easy commute. The hotel lobby is showing its wear and tear. We were disappointed that Internet services were not free of charge and that we had to go to the lobby to activate wifi services. Our registration did include a free breakfast but we chose to skip the breakfast choice. Overall, we were disappointed in our stay at this hotel.

Families with young children Hong Kong, February 09, 2013	average quality shuttle bus to pier 6.3 clean room, room size is not big, location is not near to the heart of tourist interest. transportation is a concern to choose this hotel. Breakfast is fair as the number of food is not that much but just basic like egg, bread, congee etc. For that price, the room is not that worthwhile.

The bus stop just in front of the door, you can go anywhere of Macau easily and the view is very nice, facing the sea. The swimming pool is quite good, but small. Then gym is different from other ones, I try usually 24hrs, this one only till 8pm.

My only complaint is that it was a bit of a distance to get from there to the newer parts of Macau and that the in-house casino was quite limited in terms of games being offered. However, the hotel does provide shuttle services for their guests, it's really just a chore to travel back and forth.

Free shuttle, great staff, amazing breakfast buffet 10 right from my first interaction with the staff i was put in a good mood. i met one of the bell hops at the free shuttle and he immediately engaged me. told me what to see, a great restaurant across from the rio, and kept me informed about the arrival of the shuttle bus. i saw him at the end of stay and he was still smiling and asked me about my stay...i ended up giving him a 20 hkd tip. the room was exactly what i needed - clean, quiet, perfect temperature, comfortable bed, lots of free stuff - q-tips, water, shampoo, towels. had a small safe. the casino was a bit pricey, but i went to a small blackjack table anyway. the breakfast buffet was amazing...i stuffed myself. rio gave me so many voucher i didn't even have to leave the hotel if i chose not to. great location right on a main road, close to the airport, and very safe hotel with cameras everywhere. i had a great stay and will return to that hotel again.

Hot pot restaurant is good and conveniently located in the hotel. Rooms are large. Yet, the bar is small and operating hours are sketchy. Front desk staff are okay and room amenities are sufficient. Recommend for a short trip to Macau where you're not going to spend much time in the hotel.
