I have enjoyed my stay at the rio. the staff are friendly and the rooms are very nice. Wish they had free internet though. The casino has changed and they have removed all the slot machines so now it is almost all baccarat tables. If you are there for gambling best to find a different hotel.

Good location but not for business

Hotel location is good and convenient however hotel counter is not enough capacity I waiting around 1 hour for check out.
Inside restaurant food good but can not charge bill to room.
However just compared by price and service, I think enough cost performances.

Location is not good, have to take taxi when go anywhere. Unable to walk back hotel after shopping, because we are tired. Food is good.. Room is spacious and clean, very comfortable....

Nice hotel and rooms, but small casino

a nice hotel, friendly staff, free shuttle to hong kong ferry. but if you are looking for something i las vegas class, you have to look at mgm, wynn or another bigger 5-stars hotel.
the casino is small and optimized for chinese guests. no roulette, poker or slots. mostly baccarat.
good location, walking distance to other bigger hotels/casinos, some shopping and restaurants.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Take the ferry to hong kong. A pleasant day trip. The free shuttle will take you to and from the ferry.

great location but old hotel
location is good, friendly and helpful staff

i do like this hotel cos the location, but the bed, bath up, and all the amenities in this hotel are old, breakfast is fine.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
alot of restaurans and casino near by this hotel so is very convinience for traveler.

This hotel is in the centre of Macao, so easy to locate. Hotel rooms are really good ,clean ,large and the staff is also nice .casino of the hotel is not that big but very nice and the interiors of the hotel are really beautiful.Overall the hotel is not that expensive for what services it provides .i would say it was worth staying in this hotel

the hotel is very nice and the decore is very new.
clean and friendly services. very close to most casinos

as i entered the hotel lobby, i encounted a very friendly welcome from the security person. the front desk people are very efficient and courtesy. i called for services in my room and received very quick reply.
