I have stayed at the hotel several times it is my stop for Macau. The price isnt bad if you get a sea view room you have a good view of the Macau tower which is exciting. Rooms are spacious and clean and you can get a good nights rest.
Good price, quiet, helpful staff.
Off location, construction going on here and there. At times tough to catch a cab.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Macau Tower is 5 minutes away.. Great view of the city from the tower.

Upon arriving in Macau from Zhuhai, China port of entry, I tried to take a taxi to the hotel but they didn't know where it was because the hotel had just recently changed it's name to the Riviera. I ended up taking two different taxis before they got it right. The hotel should contact the taxi companies and let them know. The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful while there. Room was kept in excellent condition. All amenities promised were available. I did not have a breakfast at the hotel so I can't comment on that. Upon leaving, I had to wait a while to get a taxi even though they were called by the hotel, due to the remote location of this hotel.
Nice view from the hillside. Quiet location. Clean and well maintained rooms.
Taxi needed to get to casinos and other sites of interest.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : You will need a taxi to get anywhere and it takes a while to get one up to the hotel. Plan a little extra time in your sightseeing for this. Also, keep a name card for the hotel that you can show the taxi driver when you want to return as they don't know where it is without it.

If you get a good rate, it is worthwhile to stay. However, it is quite far from downtown. Room condition is good, but it is quite different from what you expect from five star hotel.
Room condition is quite good, and have personal safe in each room.
Hotel facility and hotel itself is not that great. Location is quite far from downtown (30min walk)
- Shopping Tip : There is a shuttle bus every 30 min from this hotel to downtown.
