Not worth staying here
Has few stores inside the hotel building

They have wireless service available in the lobby area but no chairs to seat. Everyone was practically standing or seating on uncomfortable benches. Also they don't let you use any power outlet in case if your laptop batteries dies. Most hotels in Hong Kong has free shuttle service but this one doesn't. U have to rely on public transportation.

Value for Money-Good Room & Food
Well maintained (looks a little old though), great view (from the Suite rooms), quiet - still accessible, close to a couple of sightseeing spots and away from dilapidating clutters of cement blocks in the city.

Staff was nice to upgrade us to the Suite due to unavailability of the rooms we booked (due to season rush) - the room offered great view bridge connecting Taipa & Macau Tower with bay separating Taipa-Macau. Hotel location is on a hill (though not very tiring) and has short cut opening (follow left after getting out of hotel exit) to road to casinos & MGM grand (may take about 10-15mins easy walk). The hotel is far away from the hectic activities of the city - walking distance (expect a little tiring climb) to Penha church & further (slope) leading to A-Ma temple. Easy to catch buses at A-Ma temple to visit other popular locations. Macau City itself being small - location does not add to much of travel time.

Rivierra is a good hotel
very well situation in the city, clean, and we appreciate the nonsmoking stair, the reception.

I like very much this hotel because of the attractive sightseeing near this hotel, the staff is very helpful and the rooms are very cleaned and comfortable. I was with my husband and my son and his wife and everybody are very glad of this choice. I will return next year and for sure I will pass through your agency and make the same choice.
