Nice view, through a sealed window

The details were not accurate, half of the amenities, and features listed are NOT available.

There is access to public buses down a steep hill, or you can walk a bit further to get to street that is actually serviced by taxi's. The only salvation was the for some reason there was a fireworks display the night I was there that quite spectacular to view from the window.

Hotel Feature Tip : Also if you book here make sure you have access to a printer are planning a carrying a laptop so you can print the voucher

The hotel's suite rooms have very big and comfortable beds. The rooms have a very good view of the Macau Tower. The free shuttles are also an advantage for first time travelers to Macau.

It doesn't have a lot of dining area/restaurants and the only restaurant closes early.

In general, the hotel is nice and cozy. The suite rooms have a good view of the Macau Tower and the bridges connecting the main land to Taipa Island. The staff working in the hotel are quite friendly and accommodating. It is not as big as the Venetian so you don't really get lost in it.

5 stars hotel doesn't disappoint me at all. People are very nice and the room+bathroom actually pretty big. Nice view of Macau Tower and hill.

Hotel locate up hill so it's quite hard for the backpacker like me to find and go there unless I have to take a taxi up the hill.

Reviera Hotel is fine hotel. The room and facilities is all great. Bathroom is quite big. The view in the morning is wonderful. Even it's up hill but there is hotel suttle bus take us almost everywhere. It's very close to tourist attractions such as A-Ma temple and Macau Tower. All staffs are very helpful and polite. Also there are tourist guide and map at the front desk plus the staffs to help us find where we want to go. Riviera Hotel doesn't disappoint me at all.....

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : It's very close to A-Ma temple, Macau Tower and Penha Church. You can go there on foot.

rooms are clean and big with comfortable bed. location is away from the casino which is suitable for people who like to indulge in a 'noise-free' sleep!

the hotel should includes breakfast or discount meal voucher as its hard to find food nearby

eventhough the hotel is a bit secluded, we have no problem with the transport cause the hotel provides free shutter bus service which operates every half an hour starting from 9am to ferry hotel guest to city centre and ferry terminal. we enjoyed our stay especially a stroll around the seaside in the morning. its so relaxing. just a little weakness here as there is no shops open for breakfast.

Nice view at night

Shuttle bus driver is very unfriendly and not helpful.

Overall the Hotel is value for money. Make use of\ntheir Free Shuttle bus which have a few drop off point, like Metropole, Beverly Plaza, which can connect you to the nearest Casino like Grand Lisboa,Star World, Rio and also Ferry Terminal.\nIs only 10 mins walk to A-Ma Temple

room - we were given the room with the macau tower as our main view staff - nice accomodating

location - far shuttle bus - have to wait for 30mins hotel - taxi's don't know where it is. you have to cut the hotel's name or ask for a calling card.

We were given a room with the macau tower as the view (yey! ) , It is also a big room, one bedroom can occupy two people (slender ones ); bathroom is clean and there is a blow dryer (double yeah), there is cable, though they only show 2-3 english shows. Staff is very accomodating, when we ask for directions, even if they don't quite understand, they tried their best. The shuttle bus is okay, though a bit old, especially if compared with other 5-star hotel (like lisboa or starworld's shuttle) They should upgrade or purchase new shuttle bus. I don't know if there food is okay since we only booked a room with no breakfast. There is also a refrigerator and vault.

Hotel Feature Tip : good staff many filipino people

Clean, quite and helpful staff

No public transportation

First impression was good upon checking into the hotel and room was clean. The staff was friendly and able to provide sufficient info on how to move around the surrounding areas. Things would be perfect if there is some eateries/restaurants near the hotel's vicinity.

Staying at this hotel, it is quiet and scenery is also beautiful.

The taxi is hard to get, so it is a little inconvenient.

The staying expense of this hotel is reasonable, and as for the room, it is beautiful, and scenery is also beautiful. There are neither a casino nor a night club, and a very quiet environment compared with other hotels in macau. It is a hotel that can you be relaxed. I want to recommend this hotel for families.

nice sea view. the famous traveling tower stands just outside your window

they don't have a casino, if you call that a weakness

the sea view room is beautiful. you can't see the music fountain (well, this might be a good thing,) but you can see the traveling tower right in front of your window. The historic center is within walking distance, although travelers get lost easily in the maze of small alleys.

Price, view and away from casinos/noise. Fairly close to Senado

The room was fairly clean but we noticed in other hotels like in Hong Kong, the cleaning staff need to use industrial strength cleaners to get rid of some dark mold around shower and bath seams. The bed was a typical firm one but not as bad as a hotel we stayed at in Hong Kong

Some want to walk out their front door and be on Senado square ..The walk to get there took less than 15 minutes and we could see things on the way. We went to the Praia Grande restaurant for lunch which was basically just down the hill. The price through Agoda was quite a bargain for a place like this. I would definately stay here again verses closer places, to central area, like Hotel Sintra.

Hotel Feature Tip : Select the view room to see Macau tower

Good space, interiors and service, good view. Past guest include President of China.

Should not be advertised as 5 star, it is best in 3 star.

Xlnt Macau Tower view from room, highly reasonable price. Good service.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Ah Ma temple is at a walkable distance no need to hire taxi around 2 Km and Macau Tower is also less than 1.5 Km from the hotel.

good view of Macao.

The hotel does not provide complimentary water.

The room is good and comfortable, even though the location is 15mins away the downtown. I will recommend it, have a stay and enjoy the quiet place.

good view, close to Macau tower and has a nice restaurant.

restaurant, and need to improve the lobby design.

The place is an old place but very good hotel for relaxation and sightseeing. They should improve the restaurant and the lobby as well. I have stayed many times at this hotel, it was formerly known as Macau Ritz hotel. The hotel provides transportation direct to Macau ferry terminal and other hotels.
