the room furniture is quite old n needs renovation , room is clean but a little small for couple with children.
hotel is away from the city center so no convenience stores nearby , the location is beautiful and has portuguese touch in the nearby houses.
staff is friendly and very helpful especially the concierge person. ,
overall hotel is good for its price as other hotels in macao are very expensive - will stay again !

Hotel staff providing good service

Although we reached the hotel in mid night due to flight delay, hotel front desk staff was providing good service and done check-in process in very efficient way. We may quickly enter our room and have a good rest. Best hotel for family, location and breakfast are good. We will come back for our next visit to Macau.

Decent hotel but not so good hotel staff

Paid more for seaside view based on comments and I should say that I was disappointed. Not worth the extra money. Hotel was clean, location is out of the way, though they have a shuttle.
Restaurant Tip:
Ali's Curry House is pretty decent. They have a large menu and the food tastes good. Its just a small walk down to the road.

stayed in the hotel for 3 nights great valve for money as on a budget, location was a bit far away from the action however the hotel run a bus leaving every 30mins from the hotel to several locations in town which is very handy, never got a chance to try the food. will stay in the hotel again on my next visit to Macau next year.
