Great room.

Staff not outgoing at all. Especially restaurant & bar staff. Front office staff were warmer on our last day.

We stayed 2 nights in April 2009. Our Deluxe room with a sea/harbor view was delightful. Plenty of room, really clean, nicely furnished with balcony and outside furniture. The bathroom was large, with bath and separate shower. Great fittings, nice towels, robes and a full range of accessories. The bed was not Thailand hard but firm and very nice linen. A/C worked well. We ate several meals in the hotel and I think they were just OK. The style and class of this hotel deserves a better restaurant and the staff are rather surly. The hotel is situated at the end of Fisherman's Wharf. This is a touristy area of expensive shops and some eating places. The Thai restaurant is good. The rest of the area on the Wharf is a poor copy of various European themes.

Restaurant Tip : The Thai restuarant on the wharf is very good.

Absence of casino. Tranquility.

Can't think of anything to find fault with for Rocks.

Even though we just stay for one night we find the hotel up to standard with extra comfortable bed and a view of the harbour from its balcony.\nIt has a quiet atmosphere and cozy feeling. It is\nalso conveniently located near the Art Museum of Macau (just crossing the road) and its location inside the Fisherman's Wharf gives easy access to the many restaurants and shops there. This nice\nboutique hotel would be ideal also for honeymooners.

Restaurant Tip : The Portugese Restaurant Camoe is quite good and has singing entertainment at dinner.

Cozy hotel.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Hotel is located right on Fishermans Warf so you can just walk through the sites. There is a free shuttle service to the Ferry Terminal and if you want to gamble, Babylon Casino is right across the hotel.
