Poor Service, Convenient location and Fair priced 5.7 Service was Horrible, We specifically asked for a non-smoking room and were given a smoking room. When we asked for help at the reception about shuttle bus service, a male staff just told us to wait at the lobby, even the shuttle bus was actually gone. Check in/out also took a long time. It wasn't helpful at all! All in all, the hotel location is convenient and fairly priced
