Chaiming hotel with nice garden, but service need

In Nusa Dua, Hyatt hotel's location and environment is superior. It's convenient to shop in Collection which is only five-min walk distance.
The sea view and garden design is wonderful. We do enjoy the breakfast with squirrel,joyful grass lawn and sunshine.
However, the service needs to be improved. Many staff(not all) are not passionate and even would not say Hi when come across the guest. The management is below our expectation as a five-star ranking hotel.
Comparing two Hyatt, the feeling in Bali Hyatt in Sanur is warmer, which also have welcome flowers for the guests when check in.

因為Grand Hyatt座落在Nusa Dua在Bali的東南端，優點是安靜美麗，推薦給再次來Bali想安靜地休閑度假的遊客。
缺點是對於首次來Bali的遊客，若想到小島中部及其他地方遊玩如Kindemani火山，Jimbaran日落和Ubud藝術小鎮等，每次都需花1－2.5小時車程。
另一缺點是Nusa Dua在東端，早上海灘很藍很美，但無法在酒店觀看絕美的日落，而且沙不夠細滑。西端的Ulnuwadu和Jimbaran都是看日落的上佳地點，Ulnuwadu的岩灘適合浮潛和衝浪，Jimbaran開闊平緩沙細，非常浪漫，但沿岸都被餐廳密密占滿。

The hotel location is great and convenient, walking distance to shopping districts. There are some local cafes and restaurants around, 7-11 just situated opposite to the hotel. Recommended for business as well as couples.

Tranquil location with great rate for five stars!

the royal hotel was very nice in many ways. check-in was easy and we even got upgraded!
the views from one side ofmthe hotel are not pleasing. overall it offers good value for the money in a 5 star hotel.
Nightlife Tip:
The Venetian Hotel was amazing for the Casino and I even played some cash games of Texas hold-em poker..

Royal hotel is a great looking hotel, room has alot of space and is comfortable. gym and swimming pool was really nice.
location was a little out of the way of the main gaming action, however the hotel does have bus shuttles running.
very nice hotel, highly recommended.

the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. they explained which tourist spots are best to be visited and how to go there economically. the hotel is strategically located, you can even walk your way through the best place in macau city. great experience and you will also feel comfortable and safe with your stay.

Stayed here for one night before heading over to hong kong. The motel itself is okay but not sure its really a 4 star motel. The rooms are more like a 3 star as they are quite dated. The location is okay. 15min walk to the St. Peters cathedral and about the same to the 'main area'. The shuttle bus is handy when getting to he casinos but again, around a 15min walk.
