Free transfer from Macau airport to hotel, friendly check in staff, early check in and late check out without any charge, cleaning room with good condition, good facilities in the room, good wireless internet in the lobby and good cable internet in the room. friendly staff with enough information about attraction places and good buffet breakfast.I think if I am going to come back to Macau I will chose this hotel again.

Generally speaking , the stay was good. The room was tidy and clean and the frontdesk was helpful.
The unconvenient part was the transportation to and back from the hotel from either Border Gate or Tapai. There was very limited hotel shuttle service from hotel to Tapai; plus, there was unfortunately not very much taxi at the hotel area.

Great people with great service. All Staff had willingness to take care the customers. The room was very clean and tidy. The decoration was awesome as well. I love this hotel and will come back again and again. This time I found Thai staff at the hotel. He performed good job for me. I felt comfortable.

There is free shuttle service from Macau Airport, but only every 30 mins. Location is near Ruin's of St Paul and Senado Square, but the hotel is situated on a high ground. The hotel shuttle service will terminate around 10pm and you have to take cab or walk back from Grand Lisboa if you went hotel/casino hopping.
The concierge staff is the most professional, most friendly and patient guys I have ever seen. All of them are trained to recommended Macau attractions to visitors. They are also courteous and provided good information.
Some are hotel beds are twin single rather than king/queen bed as requested. The shower spray also looks rather old.
All in all a good hotel

excellent hotel. was given a dismal outlook room at first but after talking with the management was given a very lovely room and had a superb 5 day stay at the royal. will be staying next time as long as agoda's price is still good!
