the hotel located about 15min walk (slow leisure walk) from mongkok station exit a1. and if you not keen to walk, the hotel provide a shuttle bus service every hr and you can alight at mongkok station exit c3, which is right at langham place shopping area.
the staffs always greet the hotel guests with a smile. and they go the extra mile to help us as we were travelling with an elderly woman.
the only downside is the rooms are small. but i believe all hk hotels rooms are about this small unless you stay in suite or high-end hotels.

Hotels are walking distance to many attraction. A convenient place for dinning as well. They provide free shuttle bus to major casino & ferry terminal. If you would like to see how Macau people life, you can walk around the building near the hotels. They are near to the local market as well. Disadvantage is wifi only available at the ground flr.
Shopping Tip:
Nonthing much to buy except for the almond biscuit.

the room is clean and comfortable. however, the hotel is a bit far away from the tourist spots. and the shuttle bus is not frequent. so we have to wait for a long time at the carpark near the pier. and we have difficulties to locate where the shuttle bus would be at the carpark near the pier.

the staff are very helpful and friendly. the decor is old-school and somewhat dated. the pool is amazing! most of the people at the pool are people wearing goggles and swimming caps, doing laps back and forth. be prepared for some strange looks if you show up in a bikini like i did.

Clean, comfort and good location

This hotel is placed on a good location but standing a bit hill side. Hotel staff were friendly and very helpful for guests. Everytime I visited in Macau, I always stayed in this Hotel, don't miss your breakfast they serve very nice meal until 9:30am. I also recommend all my friend and family member for this hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Make sure checking shuttle bus schedule for downtown trip.
