As we reached the hotel early, the room was not ready even though we had indicated early check-in as one of our requests.
The staff at the concerige guided us through the map of Macau, recommending us places to visit and elaborated the hotel's shuttle services.
Overall, satisfied with our stay as room is relatively big and clean.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
About 15 minutes walk to Ruins of St Paul's from the hotel

i enjoyed staying here. the breakfast buffet is huge! the swimming pool is clean and very nice. there is a sauna located in each changing room. the lifts can be a little slow due to a lot of foot traffic in and out of the building. the staff is friendly.
cons: views aren't that great. the shuttle is hard to find. it doesn't pick you up where the ferry drops you off.
Nightlife Tip:
They don't comp free drinks in the casinos. Make sure to get nice and drunk if you want to gamble!

When arrived at hotel, had a bad impression because buildings around it were dirty. The hotel was the only neat looking building around. Lobby staff were super strict, did not allow us to sit on the floor or nap on the sofa. That being said, they were so short of seatings in the lobby. We were forced to stand all the time while waiting for check-in and room distribution.
When got to the rooms, it was really nicer than expected.
Walked outside, looked like we're in the middle of a slum. But it was actually pretty near to Lisboa and heritage areas.

Good for real tourist as it is not a crowd casino hotel like those in Macau.
It is relatively peaceful and quiet,but still very convenient~
