it takes a few minutes by taxi from downtown to the hotel, it went up the hill. you can reach lisboa by walk, which the c/p is good. however the taxi is hard to wait when you are leaving hotel. room is standard, a little bit small but since you are in macau you should not be spending a lot of time in room. overall this is a value hotel.

we enjoyed our stay here at the hotel. the staff is super friendly and will assist you with all your needs.the hotel is walking distance to many shops and some site seeing areas. the only down side of the hotel is waiting for a taxi, there was times we waited at least 20 min before getting one. the rooms are really nice and very clean. i would definitely stay here again.

Hotel has free shuttle buses to many tourist sites that is of no charge.

The check in area and the staff were extremely friendly. And front desk went out of way to help in explaining shuttle services and places to see. They also help helped in providing local map and explain routes.

The rooms are clean and homey. The staff are so friendly and very helpful. Bathroom is kingly. The huge television doesn't make you want to leave the room and just stay it to make your day.

room was very average, clean but seemed a bit dated. Breakfast seemed very pricey for such an average hotel so I declined and I only wanted something quick and easy, which they did not offer in the lobby lounge. Disappointing overall and I will not return. The price was fair but I just happened to get a good last minute deal. The usual prices listed are much higher and to me, it is way overpriced for what you get.
