It's very convenient to go sightseeing place as well as shopping place by walk from hotel.
People can also take the free shuttle bus to other famous casino places.

7-11/coffee shop nearby, easy to go to Lisboa hotel/casino by foot, value for money, very good for short stay. Hotel is very clean and staff are nice.

The location of the hotel is easily accessible, it is located near to the tourist spots and other casinos. Staff of the hotel are helpful and nice.
The room is clean. Everything is up to standard with its price. Will consider choosing this hotel next time.

The hotel is convenient as there is shuttle bus. It indeed only take 15 minutes walk to the city centre. The room is clean and tidy, but not very spaceous. My trip was on my birthday and the hotel is willing to upgrade my room to deluxe room. The service of the staff is good. I will come again.

Cheap 5 star service - maybe not worth the money

we picked royal hotel because it was the cheapest 5star hotel in macau. the lobby and the bar are very nice and the design of the hotel is nice. unfortunately the spa and sauna and fitness room were closed during our stay. the service was quite bureaucratic. the view from our room was terrible. it is an above adequate hotel but i dont feel its worth the price. the beds are very hard also

The top three casinos are Wynn, Grand Lisboa and Venetian

room was clean, spacious enough for me and my gf. hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. room was better than what i have expected. i would recommend it for people who wants a comfy environment. only point that was not good is our room view, it is being blocked by an developing building which looks creepy at night..
however, it does not deter me from going back to this hotel in future. will stay in this hotel again if i go back. cheers.
another point.. they can improve on their breakfast variety.. as we had the same stuffs for 3 days.. nothing serious also.. just a point to note..
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
10 mins walk from St's Paul and Senado Square. Can see the fort's flag from hotel's buffet restaurant

very satisfied with my stay, booked a twin room in agoda but i was allowed to replace it by a king bed by the staff of the hotel. will definitely comeback in this hotel.

Nice clean hotel but location is not good

I booked Royal Hotel through agoda mainly for the price. It quite value for money if you do not mind the location. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. Unfortunately is it located on the wrong side of town. One will have difficulty getting a taxi there as the hotel is situated on a street up a hill. Walking distance to the nearest casino Grand Lisbao is a good 15-20mins.
Travel tip:
The hotel is good for business traveller who like to be away from the usual crowd in macau as the location is quite isolated from the city centre
