the hotel is very good and the service provided is best.easy to get on the hotel shuttle buses for travelling in different locations in macau. only one disappointed: no buffet breakfast was provided and needed to go out for getting meal. sad thing is that there is no wifi in the room.

i had a extremely satisfying night at royal hotel. i was only paying a relatively much lower price to stay in this hotel on saturday night and expecting to see something that will not be so attractive. however, what we had seen was absolutely shocking. this was an outstanding hotel with great facilities and environment! i love this hotel from the first time i live in there.

i reccomend for solo travel because the situation is calm, the suff is so kindness one. and the distance from ferry is not so minded because of cheapness of taxi fee.
however, i recommend banyang tree and okura hotel in the south island for couple travel. hotel feeis not so expensive, but the situation is so good!

Strange location, but comfy rooms

our room was very nice, but this hotel is situated in a part of town that you normally would not encounter. it is about a 20 minute walk back to where the tourist activities and restaurants are. the exercise room and pool were under construction and no compensation was offered....merely an apology. a free drink at the bar would have been a more impressive compensation!

this hotel is not a 5 star in macau! this hotel reminded me of a 3 star. the location is terrible, completely off of the main strip of hotels in some back alley, which is not a huge problem, but not that great either. the room was barely average. also, no real gym and no wifi internet in the rooms, even though the add says free wifi, they only had it in the lobby and no computer to use. i thought i was getting a 5 star hotel for my money, but was sorely disappointed.
