Lovely hotel
The smell in the hotel is very nice. I like the interiors, like the chairs, mirror etc.

i love the smell of the hotel and the service is very good! we booked a deluxe double room but they gave us a king size bed instead. the bed is really comforting, had a good sleep after 3 days of tiring days in hong kong. i also like the mirrors on the room.

Great hotel, great location, great staff

a really nice old hotel but in good condition. the location is great being amongst old macau and close to many of the tourist attractions. the staff are brilliant and the lobby lounge is perfect for relaxing away from the hustle & bustle.
i recommend
the only negative is that it can be hard to find a taxi at times.

Good hotel, but in works when I went there.

The swimming pool was under reconstruction, a lot of noise from 9am to 6pm.
Bad smell weh we entered the room, but better after starting the aircon.
Integrated small casino with automated machines and small place for breakfast.

A decent hotel with good location

we didn't manage to find the hotel pick up van when we arrived at ferry terminal, so we just got an cab, which costed us less than.
the hotel has a great location, it's surrounded by quiet little streets but within 5-10 minutes walking distance to casinos and the old town.
the room is comfortable and spacious. the only thing that we didn't like was the smell of air refresher in the lobby, we thought they over did it.

The checking in experience was pleasant and smooth. Had a connecting room with my family (we booked two rooms as there's 4 of us, all adults). The bed is comfy and the room made us felt welcome. On top of that, after a long tiring day and travel from HK via ferry, the least we can ask for was a decent room. Just that we didn't managed to arrange for a shuttle pickup svc from the ferry terminal. Would have been better but I don't recall it being made available to us when we booked through Agoda.com.
On top of that, get to use the free wifi. However, can only access wifi from the lobby and not in the room. So, after a long day, still have to go to the lobby for access if I want to use the wifi.
The convenience of having the casino at your doorstep makes entertainment hassle-free. And supper - fast quick bites are available just around the corner, ie the 7-11 store.
Would have been better if the location is on the main road.

excellent location, within walking distance to the old prt of macau (st paul's ruin, chapel & light house at guia hill & senado square) ... there's a free hotel shuttle bus to the airport, ferry terminal & other hotels / cainos on the island. staff had limited english which makes communicating hard at times but other than that, great hotel.

when i check in/out, their services is good and no need to wait. the staff provide good services, the room is clean and tidy, the food also good taste, and the people is kind and good services. althought the hotel local is little bit not good. but they have shuttle bus to ferry pier and other place.
