Welcomed by friendly and accomodating staff, rooms were nice and clean, location is great. Buffet breakfast was ok and rooms could have been wifi enabled, but would definitely go back.

Strange location, but comfy rooms

our room was very nice, but this hotel is situated in a part of town that you normally would not encounter. it is about a 20 minute walk back to where the tourist activities and restaurants are. the exercise room and pool were under construction and no compensation was offered....merely an apology. a free drink at the bar would have been a more impressive compensation!

this hotel is not a 5 star in macau! this hotel reminded me of a 3 star. the location is terrible, completely off of the main strip of hotels in some back alley, which is not a huge problem, but not that great either. the room was barely average. also, no real gym and no wifi internet in the rooms, even though the add says free wifi, they only had it in the lobby and no computer to use. i thought i was getting a 5 star hotel for my money, but was sorely disappointed.

Great hotel but on the hill

I like everything in the hotel but it is just located on the hill. We go with our mom on wheel chair. It's ok but tired a little bit to pull and push the wheel chair along the way around the hotel.

Value for money hotel at a strategic location

a nice comfy hotel about 15min walk to city center. with its own free shuttle service every 30min ready to take you to ferry terminal where other shuttles can take you to various casinos of macau. they also provide shuttle to several touriat attractions for free,just book in advance. the room is clean with nice bed and reasonably priced meals. i must say the coffee is good! and the gorgeous guia lighthouse is only 15-20min walk up or conveniently walk to the cablecar station not too far away.
Travel tip:
Taxi is not easy to find so be prepared to walk, grab shuttles or learn the bus route. English is rarely spoken,use visual cues or map

accessible to buses and mrt station. very convenient location.

The bell service is excellent. The receptionists are friendly and professional, and they speak good English too. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Security is good.
