The hotel locates in very convenient and interesting location. Superp for those who wish to explore local ambience, at the same time enjoying international standard facilities. The subway station, grocery store and department store is across the street.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
try local breakfast in those little shops scattered around the hotel.

Good hotel but a bit far from actions,

pleasant stay.we were offered to up- grade to a premier room on 15th floor,not only got a bigger & better room but also use of lounge room with free drinks all day,some snacks & better breakfast on top of other goodies like free internet in their business room & shuttle bus to ferry...

we tried to ask for park at the hotel basement during check in. one chinese staff said to us no. then we request again via phone when we came in room. finally we got answer with yes.
overall this five star is not fitting with star of five both hard and soft facilities.

Lovely Hotel with good service

The service provided by the hotel was more than what i expected. The staff went all out to provide good service and did their best to assist us.
Although abit far from most hotel, the experience was wonderful
Shopping Tip:
change your hkd to mop as most stores can accept mop. you will gain slightly more from ur shopping as most shops priced hkd as the same to mop.

Clean hotel in good location, shuttle bus services every half hour allows for easy access to all areas of macau via transit in macau ferry terminal.
Nice decent sized rooms. Good breakfast in the restaurant with a fairly wide selection of breakfast foods.
The hotel has great value for money, I would definitely recommend it to others! Will be back very soon.

Royal Hotel,Macau is good value for money . It has a small casino which does not draw a large crowd, but it is in close proximity to other hotels with larger casinos. So if you are travelling with family, it is a good option. It offers a good selection of dishes for breakfast. The staff are very pleasant and helpful.

it was nice...near the tourist sights. would let to compliment staff when we checked in - front desk staff a lady named blon - very helpful and the conceirge staff as well

We have great stay in this hotel. The room are clean, just renovated. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The only disadvantages is that is no free bus after zhuhai immigration to the hotel.

good location hotel, near to the tourist places, just walk about 10 minutes to ruin of st paul, senado square,na cha temple etc. the hotel's staffs are very helpful and friendly. the room is big and clean. the hotel also provide shuttle bus to many places.we will take this hotel for second visit.

royal hotel is a lovely hotel situated in a quiet and safe location. though it is a distance away from the casino, free shuttle buses are provided to ferry hotel guests to and from the hotel. friendly and helpful hotel staffs.
