Nice hotel with good environment

i feel nice with the hotel as the location of the hotel is just in the macau city area so that i can travel around the hotel area. Besides, all the staff were also given us a very good treatment. Overall that was a nice trip for me and also my family.

One of my favourite Hotels

it is always a pleasure to stay at the royal hotel. although sligtly off the beaten track the royal is still within walking distance of downtown macau. the stay starts with a very quick and efficient reception that remember regular customers. the rooms are very well appointed, clean and comfortable. food is always well prepared and offers a nice selection of east and west cuisine. the royal will always be on my search list.

Nice hotel
High class of service for a low price

It was nice staying here. They have good customer service and the rooms were very clean and neat. Although, they need to improve on their shuttle service because it is hard to find them other locations when you want to go back to the hotel. I will definitely recommend this hotel to others in the future.

The hotel has nice big rooms.
Although the hotel provide shuttle bus from the ferry terminal, we could not find the shuttle bus at all.

Hotel was recommended by a friend. Nice hotel and great service. Rooms were nice and clean. About at 15 - 20 mins walk to Senado Square. If you like to be where the aciton is, then this is not the hotel for you. Just outside the hotel, there are neighbourhood eateries that serve very economical and good food.
Shopping Tip:
Cut into De Silva road and will you see a lot of shops leading to Senado Square and to the main Domingos street where St Paul Ruins is located.

Lovely indoor swimming pool and ideal location for the historical sites.

the royal hotel was the ideal place to stay whilst in Macau. it wasn't too far away from the nightlife (bars, casinos etc) and was within walking distance of some of the historical features of macau.

Great location with Clean rooms

Clean rooms with good service, staff spoke decent english and were very helpful. The breakfast was OK definitely edible. Location was great, near some tourist attractions however possibly not withn walking distance to the nearest casinos. Good thing is cabs are not too hard to catch at the hotel. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone with a budget! Best hotel for the price paid for sure.
