the royal hotel is an excellent hotel, quieter location but still within walking distance of downtown macau. the staff are excellent from the front door to the cleaning staff, always a smile and a sincere greeting. the rooms are well appointed and comfortable with all the needs of a business person. breakfast is served fresh with a good selection of hot and cold food. coach shuttles to casino's and ferry ports are extremely helpful when arriving and leaving.

when we arrived in macao, we can easily find the location to take the hotel shuttle bus. which the bus ride only takes around 10-15 mins from the harbor to the hotel. after we checked in, the room was spacious and clean. my room has a bathtub too which i enjoyed a lot. great place to stay, and if i'm going back to macao again, i will definitely go back to this hotel.

Great dining area and cafe.

if you want to save money and willing to walk. This hotel is the place to live in. the environment is acceptable and silent. you can reach different tourist spots or famous hotels in about 15-20mins walk. I really recommend to live in such hotel next time.

the royal hotel was the ideal place to stay whilst in macau. it wasn't too far away from the nightlife (bars, casinos etc) and was within walking distance of some of the historical features of macau.

We enjoyed our stay in Royal Hotel. The staff were accomodating and friendly. They gave us the information we need. The shuttle service was of great help going to our desired destinations. Room was ok

Nice Hotel, good value for money

When we checked in the man who checked us in was very rude, I complained to the manager and after that they could not do enough for us. The service was excellent and was told the person in question had been spoken too. So after a bad start the rest of the stay was excellent and we really enjoyed it.
