This hotel not far from big casino , u can take shutter bus of hotel for free to ferry terminal and around the city , the bus have every 15 mins ,

Convenient location

We found the staff to be really attentive and friendly, overall the hotel was OK. We booked two rooms and they were connected inside with a door on each side(though this could be an annoyance if you only book only one because you can still hear what goes on in the other room).
It is very well located, there's a convenience store right in front of it, and supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants are all within walking distance.
The only problem we encountered was the shuttle from the ferry terminal, it seems that the driver doesn't really care and he drives along without stopping, so the first time we missed it and had to take a taxi (30 MOP), the second time we had to pretty much jump in the middle of the way and shout at him to make him stop. We did complain but the third time we took it from the hotel to the ferry terminal, and after he dropped us he just kept driving just like he had done before... so anyway, another option is to take the Grand Lisboa shuttle and walk from there (about 10 min).
Restaurant Tip:
When you exit the hotel go on your left and on that same street you will find a Thai restaurant on your left, they have set menus for lunch I think at very affordable prices. You will recognize it for its white facade.

we've booked the junior suite. however, upon arrival, double bed room wasnt available. therefore, we were given free upgrade to premier suite. nice and comfortable room with great ambience.. sofa.. bath tub and king size bed. service was excellent. bell boy, waitress and waiters were also very helpful. free beverages are available from 7am to 8pm. no casino at the hotel. however, shuttle bus service are available to various casino within minutes.

Always a Friendly Hotel

Not ideally place for access to the fun and bright lights of Macau, but only 10 minute walk to the Lisboa. However, that can be seen as a benefit for the peace and quiet. From reception to the bellboy the staff are extremely friendly and efficient, relaxing the guest from the minute you arrive. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is buffet style and always fresh and appetising starting your day off well. One of my favourite hotels in Macau!

It's a nice place to stay away fr the casinos. Located in a quite, old neighborhood. I enjoyed my stay here very much.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
About 15 mins walk to Senando Sq., Ruins of St. Paul and the old fort. Opposite the hotel, thr's Vasco da Gama Garden.
Nearby, thr's also a small famous restaurant that serves excellent noodle with shrimp egg and crab porridge. Do check with the hotel staff.

overall experience is good. the room are cleaned and in very good condition. the staffs are polite and eager to answer to our question.
even the shuttle bus driver is friendly. you need to wait around the area where sofitel's bus stop. the bus'll come every 30 mins.
Restaurant Tip:
there's a good restaurant around the area, the one around the bottom part of the road. they serve food dim-sum with reasonable price but with chinese menu. so, you may need to bring picture of the menu you'd like.
