Good Location, 8-10 minutes by walk to the Grand Lisboa;
Nice Service
Breakfast is Ok, but the restraint is too small to the hotel guests. I spent 15 minutes at least for waiting a breakfast table.

A place I will surely return when I go back to Macau and for those travelling with kids or do not like the smoke of Casinos or do not like Gambling this is your place to stay!

very good hotel. abf is very good but if you come late, you may need to wait for table for 5-10 mins.
hotel facility is very good when comparing with room price. they have warm swimming pool, and many slot machines. hotel lounge is so comfortable but you have to order some bakery/drink.
if you have short stay in macau but have many places to go, you should plan carefully because this hotel is not closed to any attractions (except guia).
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
- Should not miss the show "Dragon's Treasure" from the Bubble at "City of Dream".
- Now, egg tart from Lordstow bakery is available at "Venetian".

a comfortable; cozy room with good services.
接駁車發出的時間不算頻繁, 但因飯店地理位置尚可, 因此步行至巿區還算是可以接受的腳程; 房間內的設備維護的不錯, 床睡起來也很舒適; 白天的時候房間採光佳, 但晚上時即便燈全打開, 仍稍嫌暗了一些; 浴室的蓮蓬頭為固定式的, 若能改為手持式的較佳, 整體而言, 下次仍會考慮入住

All in all is quite good except for the slow lifts

All in all I would still say it's a good hotel and would definitely come again.
Travel tip:
Taxis are kind of difficult to get in Macau. They do sell some cashcards in the 7-11 stores which are good for all buses plus it is a lot cheaper to use those cash cards. If you pay cash, you may need to drop $6.40 for certain bus trips. But you use the cash cards, they will only deduct $3.00 from your cards. So it's convenient and money saving.

Nice Hotel at a nice location
very well appointed clean rooms, nice decor including the lobby areas, friendly and helpful staff, in frequent bus trips to and from Ferry terrmianal

Overall a pleasant stay, even though Royal Hotel is small compared to other big hotels in the city. Nice decorum, helpful staff made us feel wanted. Hassle free check in and check out did beat y expectation. I was expecting some hassles, but no such hassles at all

a great hotel for families with small children who would like to run around a bit outdoors at the playground, then for a great walk to the city centre for sight-seeing. elegant hotel interiors with a wonderful shanghainese restaurant in-house and beautiful lobby cake shop. overall, great if you just want to get a feel of macau, and just to relax...!

Travel tip:

Good location and great service

The staff there are really helpful. They provided a travelling consultation and helped us get the tickets for Macau Tower and cirque du soleil show "Zaia" at a discounted price. Also the room is clean and comfortable. The location is excellent for visiting the city center and shopping district. Overall, it is recommended for first time visitor to Macau.

We were five adults and one infant, the room was not ready when we arrived, so we had to wait. The rooms were nice, and the concierge service was relatively helpful. There were buses, but you must make a reservation and they were one way, dropping you off with no pick up service, which is a little annoying.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Pop across from the hotel to the little park for a picnic lunch before setting out for the day
