stay one night there with my wife. great view fromt my room as i am on the top floor. breakfast is good with lots of choices. shuttle bus available to the pier and taipa, for other destinations you can tell the driver upfront where you like to be dropped off. lot of tv channels. full supplies for bathroom. reasonable speed checking in / out. 24/7 convinient store just round the corner!

nice hotel, clean, the bell boy and manager at lobby are too care (at night)fill disturb. far from bus stop, but can walk (15menit) to st.paul.
there are shuttle bus, but just easy when we use it at ferry terminal.

Nice stay, my second time.
if you are looking for a different experience from the usual big casino hotels

This is my second stay and unlike my last lucky experience, I got a window with no view other than a big building in construction.
I was also "lucky" enough to get the last room so instead of a kind sized bed, i got two narrower single beds instead.
Well, better luck next time.
not too much to write about as you should not spend too much time in your room if you are visiting macau *_*

overall it's good to stay in the hotel , it's jus the smaller of the room which slightly different from the pics that we saw in from the net, and the staff performance is not everyone tht's gd,
Restaurant Tip:
there's lots of gd restaurant nearby, if we stay the hotel can try to walk along the nearer road to get gd phone =)

Great hotel and location with excellent service,
Spacious, clean, comfortable, English channels, friendly staff and close to amenities.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay though short. There was a variety of dishes served at breakfast, catering to everybody's needs. Each day something different and tasty. Close to shopping and eateries.
Our room was spacious, clean, bright and the bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed the tv shows and movies on offer.
On the whole, would recommend to family and friends for sure. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

great hotel
the location is excellent. it is on the center of the city and middle of the hill side.

we like the hotel, the location and staff. did not check out the resturant and casio, beccasue too many place to go. will come back and book this hotel again, also recommand to other people. we stay st the delux floor, do not know other is same or not.

walking distance to the shopping belt. luxurious yet inexpensive hotel. one of those, everything is just enough hotel, to make you happy. comfortable bath, bed, curtains dark enough, etc. nothing to complain about at all. 2nd time staying there. works always!
Restaurant Tip:
the in house restaruants is nothing to shout about, but there are plenty around the area.

The hotel location is about 10 minutes walk to senado square / ruins of st. paul.
The hotel shuttle bus driver should be notified if we want to stop at wynn / lisboa / grand lisboa, otherwise he would go straight to ferry terminal.
Breakfast menu is limited.

We liked the hotel. Staff were great and when we complained about the noise at 4am, security came up to our room to deal with the situation. It was dealt with very professionally. We would consider returning to the hotel because of the location and staff, but request a different room.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Avoid any room which has an interconnecting door. Very noisy.

Lovely hotel in a quiet location
Within walking distance to centre. Friendly service and a small cosy casino in the hotel.

Nice clean rooms but no view in the two rooms we occupied. There's a small park in front of the hotel which is quite nice. The centre (walking area) is a nice 10-15 minutes walk away. Hotel shuttles are convenient to get to landmarks in the city and it's free.
The casino in the hotel is nice but unfortunately smoking is allowed. Indoor Pool not very interesting and good for laps.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Casino in the hotel does not accept foreign currency (only Macau and HK only) so if one plans to gamble (machines only), make sure you change outside.
There's a 7-Eleven by the hotel which is convenient for snacks/drinks 24 hours.
