We stayed two nights in this hotel but on the second day, we could not open our room as our keys no longer worked - we were not impressed when the reason the staff gave us is not valid as we know being seasonal travellers esp after staying in so many hotels in Japan prior coming to Macau. We preferred an honest answer that they make a mistake rather than a lame excuse.

Location was ok - still within walking distance to Lisboa and major tourist street on the island itself. There is also a bus station nearby (in front of the Stadium just in front of the hotel) that will get you to most of the tourist area (Macau Tower, Black sand beach and etc)
No complaint on the room for the price we paid - front desk staff are too busy to entertain us (Didn't even bother to tell me my room number) but some of the staff has been really helpful.
There is a shuttle bus by the hotel that run around the island itself every half an hour but do beware of peak hours i.e. after 11AM. There is also another shuttle bus that takes you to Venetian and Macau Tower but only runs at 11AM and 5.30PM everyday.
Free shuttle bus from Airport to hotel but you'll have to register at a counter first, for Hotel - airport was they will charge MOP20/pax we end up taking a cab instead cost around MOP60+.

Hotel has a shuttle bus service to Macau ferry. Noticed that there's a floor for casino but we didn't try out. We booked 2 rooms - got a connecting room which was very convenient. All staff are friendly and has good serviced mind. The room is beyond what we think for the price... a real value.

Great! When we first checked in, the counter staff was very fast and helpful to check in for our group. when we checked out, as there are 9 of us with luggages to go back to HKG, we were asked to queue up for the shuttle service, the staff (Alex) was very helpful and help us to be sitted in the bus before other passengers and also helped us to load our luggages...We appreciate such great service. Keep it up!
