My holiday in Macau
The rooms are amazing ,clean and spacious. Nice colour.Swimming and sauna were great

The room are amazing,clean and spacious.The location is about 15 mins walking distance to grand lisbon casino or "Av.Almeida Riberto" tourist attraction location.Just take cab back to the hotel. Hotel provide shuttle to ferry terminal.The key card to our room 1013 are malfunction.Staff are polite and helpful.Just axi taxi is cheap in macau(between 13 to 40 MOP or HKD)
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Must visit major big casino,nice decor.Once you wave for a taxi ,don't wait cause somebody will just get in during rushing hour.

I am satisfied with my recent stay at the Royal. This is my 3rd visit and the quality and housekeeping continued to be good.Added facility include a casino that has a good atmosphere.I particularly like the breakfast comparable to any other 5 star hotels in the city.

Buffet breakfast was limited, also dining room small causing queuing for breakfast, Not enough fresh fruit etc. Staff were generally very helpful and polite. Fridge in the room was not stocked i.e. empty and was not working properly.
Hotel catered mainly for chinese people therefore limited for westerners.

Nice & cosy room. Bed abit hard but its good for those who needs the back support. Room is facing opp the flat, therefore has to draw the curtain most of the time.
We got a rusty-based kettle. Although the cleaning staff was kind to apologise but I feel as a 5star hotel, it should not even happens in the first place.
Only two time slots for the shuttle bus to City of Dreams & Macau Tower which is not enough. Shuttle bus to ferry terminal & airport stop in the evening which is quite early.
Generally, the service staff (doorman, concierge) are polite except for one or two counter staff. 1 exceptionally helpful staff is Alex who detailed Macau to us with a map.

shuttle bus to Grand Lisboa, Wynn... room is very clean and not small at all.

The room is very clean and just look like the picture that show online.
The Hotel is near the sightseeing place, only 15min walk will reach Ruin of St. Paul's & Senado Square.
Hotel staff are friendly and helpful.
Will stay the hotel again for next visit.

We had a pleasant stay during our recent trip to Macau. The location of the hotel is strategic in our opinion though it's slightly away from the main busy town area. Thus, it gives us a relax stay away from the noise & too much neon lights.
The shuttle bus service is something that we appreciate a lot as it brought us to some of the places that we wanted to visit.
Thumbs up to the hotel staff as they are very helpful, everytime we wanted some info, we get our answer. Well done.
Will definately come back to this hotel for our next visit.

The hotel is very nice and beautiful with spacious room. We got no problem getting around with the help of the staff there. The staff there even will help you to plan for the trip and give you some recommendation. Shittle bus form hotel got no problem, but we need to wait for some time if we want to get back to hotel from ferry terminal.
