This is my return stay at Royal Plaza Hotel in HK. My family of 13 people stayed there last year same time.
It is situated at an excellent location. Within walking distance to two MTR stations. Good food and bargain shopping...Excellent
Though Royal Plaza may be out of town area, hotel does provide shuttle bus to town. Wonderful
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Make full use of the hotel shuttle to save some dollars

The hotel is located in a comfortable walking distance to sites, with access to buses to go to other interesting sites. Plus good restos around to try macanese food. Overall, the hotel is a good choice for mid-budget tourists. thank you.

Convenient and practical hotel

I recommended this hotel to my friends whom I am with during this trip. I was not dissapointed in doing so because they also liked what the hotel offered like clean and spacious rooms, friendly lobby attendants specially Mr. Wo who helped us direct our way to places we want to go to either by local bus or by walking. The front desk lady was very accomodating when we requested that we be transfered to a non-smoking room.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Ask where to take the local bus to the farthest tourist spot like Ama Temple then walk your way down to St.Paul's ruins then to the hotel. This will make your heritage sightseeing complete and cheap in a day.

Decent hotel in Macau city

Our stay was pleasant, but I may not stay here again as location and accessibility is not the best. Room service is NOT 24HRS!
Hotel Feature Tip:
Free shuttle bus will go to the Sands, where you can connect to the Venetian bus and also the border gate to Zhuhai. All free!

Near Senado Square and Saint Paul Ruins (15 minutes leisure walk)

Shuttle at the airport was easy enough to find (check hotel website). Airport staff and Hotel staff were very helpful. Front desk was very efficient in checkingyou in. Concierge (particularly Abe) provided useful informatlion on getting around. Rooms are clean and well furnished. Great Value!

Our stay at the hotel was good especially the excellent customer service we experienced. Not only did the hotel staff explained in great length the various places of attraction, they never fail to give a wide smile and ask "so which place you went today" whenever we returned to the hotel after a day outing.

A 5 stars hotel with low room rate

The 5 stars hotel in the with low room rate. The building itself has a unique shape of a cruise liner when seen at certain angles as though to reflect the maritime history of this duty-free island.
This hotel provide transport to send us to so attraction place but do not provide pick up at the same place.
The lobby, to me, was quite ordinary. The room was decent.
The swimming pool is not too big but it looked quite exclusively designed. It is strategically located at the mid-section of the hotel. The hotel also has a decent gym, which I got the chance to try out.
Anyway, I really loved the toilet kit that the hotel provided. This one is a keeper!

Hotel Royal has very good frontliner staff . They are alway willing to help u for any request . I am glad that the bell boy Andy did a extra mile by helping us to get arrange transport to airport at wee hours, helping us to identify place of interest. Ambience on the hotel was good - The hotel has a flowery fragrant we make the place relax. The location may be a bit out but with other good point . it is a good place to stay
Will go back again to stay there
