Reasonbly goof hotel.
Newly renovated rooms, connecting rooms and extra bed for family of 5, location close to town center.
The room looked like they've just completed the renovation. It's convenient to get to places both by shuttle bus and on foot. The worst of the stay is the noises from other guests. Rooms are not completely soundproof. Yelling and door banging/shutting by other guests woke us up. They were so selfish and inconsidered. They should be put in special designated floors where they can disturb other guests.

Efficent staff, clean and good location
The towels and bathrobe are worn out although they are clean. Tour groups should be served in a separate area, eg in the function rooms upstairs. Lifts should be controlled by operators to improve efficiency and guest comfort during peak hours in the morning.
